Everything could be better. The plain was in Orlando for 3 hours prior to boarding. After boarding all the passengers they found out that plane has a mechanical problem. After an hour the problem was solved, the pilot comes on and states, (We have to go back to the gate and take on more fuel!) Are you kidding me???? Who they have for pilots, Boy scouts?? I barely made my connecting flight to Vienna, but my suitcase did not. I'm still waiting for it, in Gyor, Hungary. Am I having fun yet?? Other passenger were in the same binned. I travelled all over the world both for business and pleasure with all types of airlines. By far of all the carriers I travelled with, Discover is the worst. I'm contemplating to bight the bullet and go back to the US with a different carrier. For International flights, the seats are made for little people. The person in front of me had his seat reclined the whole way, I felt like he was sitting in my lap. For closing, I would not let my dog travel with Discover, yet alone recommend it to an other person. Does it sound like I'm frustrated, Think about having to travel back to the US with them. I'm sure I'll not hear back from you, because nobody wants to hear about bad news, but with all the hype Discover puts out there about their services, nothing could be further from the truth. The flight attendants were superb and the service was outstanding. Some passengers with small children were very rude and inconsiderate, kids were constantly crying and some were running around the aisle unsupervised.
The food wasn’t great and it would be nice if the airlines showed documentaries about the countries we are flying into.
I dropped my wallet under my seat on this flight with all of my money and credit card. I requested to be able to go back and retrieve it but Lufthansa denied my request. I went to the Customer Services and they called Lost and Found but I was told nothing found would be turned in until around 12:00pm. My next flight was leaving so I was unable to check to see if my wallet was turned in. I will never fly with Lufthansa again.
It was a good flight. The boarding was smooth and timely managed. They offered in advance to dispatch cabin luggage at no cost. I suggest to add a snack and basic drinks. There was only water provided in the cost of the ticket.
United flight from Frankfurt to Istanbul is on Lufthanza and United could neither provide a boarding pass or Lufthanza code to get a boarding pass. Very poor connection ability in Frankfurt and much frustration with the connection.
Good with last minute upgrade Clt to Munich comfortable. Wish same offer had been there Mumbai to Munich
The Lufthansa flight is OK. All the crew is very nice but unfortunately, one man in the crew is very rude. I can’t remember his name, unfortunately during the flight I passed -out and All was very caring without anyone he pushed me to wake up and go he told me he was tied. Thank you. Everyone who carrying me during my Lufthansa flight from LA to Paris.
Delayed, took forever to get luggage out of the flight. Worst short flight within Europe we've had.
