I was happy to be seated with my teen daughter. On my arrival flight we were not together. Drink choices were great. Food was ok. Lots of entertainment options. Pilot communicated well and gave us a heads up about wind and turbulence. Made it less anxious.

The leg space between me and the seat in front of me was excellent.

No snacks served! Seating in the kast row in uncomfortable.

Poor seating comfort, seat cushion too thin, very uncomfortable. My luggage didi not make the flight due to equipment change. At least. United had it delivered the next day. I was without my toilet items for one day.

The crew was nice but the people going to Orange County are so entitled. Everyone thinks everything is suppose for be perfect for them. Tough crowd.

Textbook great flight. On-time departure and arrival, clean plane, good food, friendly flight attendants. Checked baggage delivered promptly.

Worst and most inattentive in-flight service I've ever had.

You have got to come up with a better way of getting connecting flight people off the plane first. Flying doesn’t bring out the best in people but exiting off a plane rules needs to come from management, not from the expectation that passengers will be “kind” and let them off first. Perhaps exiting in zones? Like boarding? Zone 1 exits are connecting people. This frustration led to many people missing their flights or scrambling. We were delayed leaving the first leg which amplified this.

I had a great flight experience on United Airlines. This was my first time flying on United and i have nothing negative to say. As a person with a visual disability, I received reasonable accommodations. The flight crew was friendly and attentive in helping me and communicating safety protocols. I really appreciate that they came to speak with me. I felt safe and comfortable flying on United. I also liked their snacks! They taste much better than the snacks offered by other airlines.

Seat 14K (business class) had no cushion / would not inflate. It was like sitting on a stone bench the whole flight. Sleeping was impossible.

Short flight so not much to rate. Surprised I had to pay for a soda.

the room on the plane was good but that is because flight not sold the other three seat and I had room. the food in terrible.

First the price I paid was excellent, my flight was full, but my seat was roomy. The one downside to the experience was they had games on the entertainment console. The guy behind me poked at my head about half the flight. I hope they get rid of this feature.

Crew was fantastic got lovely food and plenty of water. Entertainment was good. Never had to ask for anything. Left on time and got to Seattle early. Luggage did not take long either.

Always find Aer Lingus reliable and good value for money. Food on this flight was pretty basic and the headphone Jack at my seat only worked for one ear. Little disappointed in movie selection, limited on recent releases. Staff are okay - but I always buy a cheap ticket so not like I expect first class opulence anyway!!!

Boarding was so quick, flight was ahead of time which is great and the pilot spoke clearly and was letting people know everything, amazing, love travelling with you 😊

Cancel because of maintenance issues. rebooked next day and then the replacement plane 3 hours late.

Date was for a day earlier than I realized and no email or text up on check in. At least I could have made an effort to re-arrange my schedule to use the flight. 100% write off + cost of new ticket.

It was almost on time. But the TV did not work. The washroom was too small and it was a mess. It was a toilet paper explosion.

Seats are warn out, feels like your sitting on plastic. Staff was okay at best, doing the minimal they can for there job.

Luggage drop off was difficult with the scanner. Took us over 15 min to scan out tag. Eventually had to walk to the other side to scan in our luggage. Yes, technology is supposed to be helpful but not in this case.

It was delayed. Seat width was so narrow. Very uncomfortable. Staff are great and friendly. Food was okay.

I slept for most of this flight. Haha! While waiting to board, there were some passengers not paying attention to instructions. The staff should have been a little more assertive to get them to get out of the way.

Flying Business on Air Canada is wonderful. With ultimate destination in US, you get the Lounge. Only problem is there was no lounge in YQB so it had to wait until connector in YUL. Flight itself is only about 30 min like the old DC-NYC shuttle so there was no service other than almonds and the bottle of water that was at your seat upon boarding. Would have been nice to be offered a beverage and there was enough time to do a quick pass for the 16 seats. That and having a lounge in YQB are only complaints, but that's very first world complaint. The FA were cordial and professional if not warm. It was a good flight and I'd do it again. But, word to the wise, it's a very different experience doing border check in YUL than YYZ. Long walk and had to go through full screening (including taking off shoes and having to chuck the bottle I had just gotten not knowing there was going to be a frull screening since there was no warning) at YUL even though never left the terminal after landing. YYZ was just a passport check. This is not A/C's fault, but travelers should be advised/warned in advance so they know what to expect especially since you land and have access tot eh terminal and it's stores and food before you get to border check. If you have mobility issues, the distance can easily be a problem and there is no warning of how long it is until you have reached the end. My mom would not be able to navigate it and someone like her may not be able to stop in the middle of an empty long corridor to ask for mobility help. A sign offering how long (10 Min, etc.) the walk is like at new LGA terminals goes a long way. Also can be stressful if you're tight on time for a connection.

We were helped whenever needed and had a pleasant flight.

Dinner was good by air travel standards but breakfast was too light and heavy on carbs/sugar.

Overall good experience. Polite crew. Good foodandentertainment. Seats are small and bit congested though.

Overall experience is good with boarding and food. There was no entertainment provided on a leg that made it bit harder.

The premium economy seat is one of the most comfortable that I experience. The food is also better than the ones you get in Economy, though the boarding was a missed opportunity, no priority observed, a complete mess.

The first flight from Denver was okay in terms of food and service of the crew. However, in the second flight they did not have the food I had requested prior to boarding and service was also poor. Never booking a flight with Lufthansa again.

I would be good to have more lead time between connecting flights. On the way into the country, there is always about 2 hours between landing at Munich and takeoff to Berlin. When leaving to return to the States, there is always only 45 - 50 minutes between landing and takeoff. This very stressful and I have missed a connecting flight home before. All it takes is for the first flight to be delayed for any reason and then you have chaos.

This was an American Airlines flight. The crew were very unhappy and quite grumpy. Abrupt to the point of being rude. The food was dreadful. Indeed the breakfast was in edible. I will avoid AA at all costs in the future.

Everything was great except for online checkin. That was through BA- glitchy and needed help on seat choice in person at the airport (and the staff were fantastic). Unclear if the problem is due to booking lower fare thru kayak vs directly with Finnair or BA but seems to be the norm.

Seated in business class. Bed too hard and no comforter. Way too many seats in business class for number of crew so never felt particularly looked after.

The crew was great but we sat in the plane for over an hour before takeoff combined with a 4 hour delay on our previous flight caused us to miss planned scheduled meetings in Geneva.

It was the most uncomfortable flight I have ever had , it was a nightmare ,the seats were narrow and I was very cramped, the food was awful, there was over weight person seating next to me or should I say seating on my lap.Most of her was overflowing onto my seat .For 6 hours I endured this gulag like conditions. I will never ever book any flight with British Airlines

Awful flight. My pre-booked seat was given to a crew member and I was substituted with an awful seat next to the toilet. When I asked about it I was treated with contempt for daring to ask. Par for the course on BA at present.

The 1st flight was delayed by 7h. We missed the connection flight. They rebooked us another flight after 8 hours lay over and we had to take another connection flight after 6 hour lay over. Overall experience was horrible

From LHR to EWR the plane was dirty. The entertainment section touch screen was beyond horrible it didn’t work. It really looked like I was in economy class with horrible equipment provided to pass the hour. You need to be sleeping otherwise your experience of British airways would have been beyond pathetic. Food selection was horrible. I vomited a lot. All in all very bad experience
