This is not really an Air Canada item, but the PA system un the Cancun airport is very poor. Any passenger announcements or changes were basically inaudible.
Great experience on this Air Canada flight. Everyone was polite and respectful, even the passengers are very polite.
My wife and I especially liked the fact that the Toronto agent went beyond expectation to allow my wife and I to sit together. There was no option for us when we booked our seats. Very thankful!
It was good. They ran out of snacks, which we didn't get the first time through. Free movie selection was great. Glad my husband had extra headphones with him. Airplane was still cramped, but we survived. I had to squish between him and another man. I'm glad I was smaller than them, but still tight.
Main chicken dish was okay but the beef snack was not. Restrooms in the back were clean and uncrowded in spite of the full plane, although our friend in the section forward did not find them the same there. Delayed one hour on tarmac before we could leave Rome.
There is no food or entertainment on these short flights. Again the wheelchair situation in Denver is nasty. They are short staffed due to cut backs and layoffs and this impacts on travel comfort and ease.
Crew members were very polite and prompt in service. Cooling was very comfortable for a long journey but it's seats were stiff which are uncomfortable for a long travel
Flew in Business Class. The new AC lounge at SFO is one of the best I’ve been to with a spacious design and an open air deck. Flight itself was on-time and as expected overall.
