The food from Lagos to Amsterdam was was very poor compared to AMS-YYZ

Booked connecting flights with KlM. My serving flight was the furthest part of the airport. On arrival in Zurich. My two cases arrived but only one carry on belong to my son. His three suitcase didn't arrive. After enquiring we discovered they were still in Amsterdam. We landed at 11.12. We eventually left the airport just after one.

Seats are fair enough for medium tall people. Good food all the trip. Fight attendances are warm

The food was ok. The crew seemed like they were cranky. I had one guy get mad at me for passing in between the storage area to get to the other toilet. I can understand if it's not allowed but reprimanding me like I'm a student saying "This is the last time!" was not appropriate. During my meal time, there was a French family around me. No problems there but when we usually have meals, they are supposed to put their chair in the upright position. These people did not do it and the steward did not tell them to raise their seat in the upright position. However, I was told to do so! So, me and another person next to me had to eat with the monitor almost touching our faces. Furthermore, a lady in front of me was putting her feet up and preventing another elder passenger from putting her seat back. To make it worse, she was continuously hitting her back into her seat, shaking my monitor while I was watching a movie. A crew member did speak to her about it but then she accused me of pushing her seat forward! The crew member gave me a death stare and told me to stop pushing the seat forward. I did not even touch her seat at all, if I did, she would know it. Her boyfriend also stood up and tried to push her seat even further past the maximum decline to no avail. None of these people were reprimanded but the steward, some bald guy, was extremely friendly with them and did not even try to instruct them to do anything until it was time to land. I resisted the urge to really argue with them because I would have obviously been seen as the aggressor (I have no idea why). I hardly said anything on this flight except "more wine please" and "sorry" if I bumped into someone accidentally. Overall, it was an annoying flight and I had to resist the urge to yell at the steward and the people he was overly friendly with. The happiest moment of this flight was leaving it.

One of the vstewardeses wanted to bump me of the plane for absolutely nothing. There is CCTV in the plane ans everything can be verified. Very disappointing , you all will see, o other 5 years and the passangers who does not smile to flight attendent will be bumped off...

The worst airline. Cancelled flight 30 min before boarding and rebooked on flight after 3 days.

It was nice to be on a legacy airline, people try at least.

I travel frequently. The flight was late again... KLM should really try and be on time

The plane was clean and the staff was friendly. Food and drinks as expected on international flights. The entertainment system was old style, with a pullout controller, and selections not as extensive as on other flights.

The food quality is poor. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The entertainment program was limited. I experienced a delay of 30 minutes due to two issues. Passenger luggage had to be removed and there was a technical issue with the stairs not detaching from the aircraft. The pilot managed to compensate and we arrived only 15 minutes later. The luggage at Dubai airport was very slow. I waited over an hour.

I was pleasantly surprised. I booked the "club class" which was basically like Domestic First Class. The service was superior. Food was pretty good. Seats and cabin were comfortable. For the price I paid, I was very pleased.

The connecting flight lay over was 4.00 hours, the gate agent booked me on the next flight which was about to depart at no extra cost.

The ticket price was reasonable, food was okay, not the best. I would use the service again.

Actually the flight was on time. New plane, food was okay but not great.

Great boarding. Everything was on time. Plane was a bit old and the crew could have provided better drink service.

Boarding was a little chaotic but it was a very large flight. It just wasn’t fast. And there was no noticeable difference between zones boarding.

Crew was pleasant. Aircraft was very dated and uncomfortable for our nearly 4 hour flight. We were in row 17 and they ran out of purchasable food by the time they got to us.

We were lucky enough to arrive at the right time. The staff at YYZ did our complete check in and luggage tags for us. Even made sure we knew where we were to head next and how to get there. It truly was one of the best and easiest check inside. Thanks team.

Thankful for 2-4-2 economy seating. Food was ok. Free beer & wine in economy was nice. Served hot dinner, mud- flight snack and pre-arrival ham sandwich. Seat with pillow & blanket. Reasonable movie options. Overall, a good experience. IBERIA APP is terrible terrible terrible.... needs to get upgraded to equivalent of TAP Airlines App. No option to bid or request an upgrade. Very disappointing.

Flight was an Iberia Flight on Level but seemed to be outsourced to a 3rd airline - Wamos. Seating pattern was different than when booked, we waited on the JETBRIDGE for 45 minutes to board, food was terrible. Movie options were limited to about 20 and very old, TV shows was limited to about 15 and equally as old. Staff was fine but definitely the "b-team". Landed about 60 minutes early and waited on the runway for 45 minutes - despite that Logan Airport in Boston recently added new gates. Mediocre experience at best.

Improve food options. Do not charge so much for checked bags. As some who paid 990 EUR fir the round trip international flight it is horrendous to pay another 140 for 1 checked bag.

Boarding process was chaotic and disorganized. The plane needs updating in the interior. Things are broken, worn out, and dated

My luggage did not get to my Miami destination/home. I am waiting for it 24 hours later.

good service from crew. Before the would have an option between cookies or nuts as snacks.. Now, there are only cookies. too bad. People who can not have sugar don't have a choice.

Service and food are good. However, main cabin with the extra cost one pays could be better. I don't see any difference with the rest of the seats in the regular category. The seats are too close to the ones in front. For short flights it is Ok, but for long ones there should be more space.

Flight was delayed by well over an hour. Communication was terrible.

Fast check in, easy to navigate, crew were very good, the plane was delayed due to a previous flight and I found the cleanliness a little lacking but overall it was fine

Iberia personnel on the ground is so rude. I would think twice in the future before booking another Iberia flight

Flight delayed at the last moment Hill next day and havé to drag at Hotel at our cost and bec day was again delayed 4 Times because no crée and no pilot

A 2 hour delay because they couldn’t fit some oversized cargo in the small hold doors of an Embraer! Surely they know the sizes before attempting to load it?

5 delays to departure. Finally left 2 hours after scheduled time. Further issues with “paperwork” when we were ready to push away from the gate. Air Canada has a real problem with flights between Montreal and Toronto over the last 24 months. Of my 12 flights, 8 have been delayed or cancelled. With no compensation. I now drive between Toronto and Montreal whenever I can. At least I know I will get there when I planned to.

Plane had a problem with the steering mechanism, which causes a 2.5 hour delay while boarded.

Very bad experience, probably will never use this airline again unless I have too. In the airport in Chicago made us buy a return ticket otherwise would not let us fly to Belize and stated that the Belizean Immigration will not allow Americans to come in without a return ticket or a Belizean supervising the travelers which turn out to be untrue. The staff were very rude and unprofessional and we almost lost our flight until the supervisor who was Hispanic and we spoke with him in Spanish and helped us and still had to buy an expensive round trip ticket. This was a very bad experience and we made a mistake by booking with Air Canada, usually using the AA and never had this issue.

No food. No Bluetooth for entertainment. Crying babies thought the cabin instead of placing them in the corners.

It was a refreshing experience from the past few times I have travelled with Air Canada.

The flight attendants were superb and the service was outstanding. Some passengers with small children were very rude and inconsiderate, kids were constantly crying and some were running around the aisle unsupervised.

Trouble keeps changing the time and I was booked different flight without knowing it was bad experience

Changing the flight with app and customer service was very difficult and poor .although I h ad a ticket and seat number still had to pay more money as ticket not transfered. Couldn’t buy another ticket for my daughter on my booking too. Customer services’s appealing. My daughter was ill and noine cared.

I really like it and travel to Europe and back with Lufthansa, but it is getting expensive, a bit beyond my me

Dropping off checked in luggage was terrible. The queue was insane. It took over an hour to drop off a checked -in suitcase. They had four flights checking in at once and 2 people in the kiosk to assist

Very good, the staff was great the service and everything was very good, without delays very comfortable!

Online checking, bag drop, ground crew and flight crew excellent. Seats better and more comfortable that many others in Economy, still narrow for 9 plus hour flights, but you manage. Drink and meal service a bit sparse but adequate, return flight was a bit less attended. All in all, a good experience. Lufthansa never disappoints.
