Boarding was a disaster being moved by Air France by bus to the plane. The plane should have been at the right gate.

A disaster. Air France is a real joke. They overcharge us customers for absolutely nothing. Service was very poor, food was mediocre, entertainment non existent, etc. We paid thousands of dollars for our business class tickets and then we were told in Paris we could not access its lounge. Really Air France ? Congratulations on irritating your customers to the sky high level and ensuring we will do everything in our power to discourage others to travel with you.

They again did not offer any functioning WiFi in the transatlantic crossing.

At check-in at Guarulhos Airport, I was coerced to pay EUROS 100 for each of my two teenage kids travelling on economy premium on the same flight (total charge of EUROS 200) to AIR FRANCE on the rational that they were on a different class and therefore they would require additional care from the flight crew. My wife and I would be (and actually flew) only a few meters from our kids on business class in the same flight. Air France took EUROS 200 from me in exchange for absolutely nothing. My kids are seasoned travelers and independent, and in any event, they were not given any special or any other assistance or attention by Air France flight crew as result or in connection with the fee charged from me at any given time during the flight to Paris - so ABSOLUTELY NO SERVICE WAS PERFORMED AND THE FEE WAS SIMPLY ANOTHER WAY OF “MILKING “ EXTRA EUROS 200 FROM ME. Worse, Air France made us wait for everyone to deplane in Paris to let us deplane - after an Air France Paris representative ridiculously confirmed that our kids were our kids, with our kids at that time already by our side seating in business class. We almost lost our connection to Malta as a result. Such a scheme from Air France is outrageous – especially because it penalizes its customers flying in business class or in first class. I would have imagined that Air France would have wanted to attract clients to fly its premium classes – not to charge cheap EURO 100 fees and to keep them waiting to deplane with their families after 12 hours flights at their destination. You won’t see us any time soon Air France and best of luck with your strategy !

Flight was late over a hour just like the first one. WiFi was down.

I paid 3 this and dollars for two tickets. No food, minimum drink, confused service and very uncomfortable sear. There was zero difference between busy ness and tourist class. I received a pathetic apology

Forty five minutes late for departure. Staff were pleasant. Food was adequate but not outstanding. Entertainment system was very good, as it usually is on Air France.

The check in was horrible. I stood in line for 1 hour to check in with an Air France ticket. Then I was told I had to go to Delta counter onstead to check in instead. It made no sense.

Medíocre. The food wasn't good (although not bad, bad) and the staff wasn't kind. I asked for n extra blanket, the steward never came back, serving us roughly.

Excellent apart from transport to actual plane 10 minutes from the actual gate , walking out in the tarmac in the rain and having to climb stairs to enter while holding luggage.

The Cree was BEYOND AMAZING. They were, by far, THE BEST CREW I had the pleasure of flying with. They catered to my every need, beyond friendly, and upheld the highest level of professionalism that is of Lufthansa Airlines.

Flight home lot's of room shame I never noticed that they ripped my suitcase and didn't notice it to I got toy destination and had to buy new set

I was pleased and I had a very good experience. The staff was friendly and attentive.

Really solid flight! The in-flight entertainment screens are not very touch-responsive in the way that of other airlines’ are, which was my only issue. But otherwise we had good food and drink offerings and the flight attendants were very welcoming.

Great crew, boarding and deboarding excellent. Seats too close together. The 5'8" woman seated next to me had her knees pushed into the seat in front of her. The meat was very tough in the dinner...

Your seats in the last 5 rows are terrible. My knees were jammed into the seat in front of me and the lady sitting there decided to recline it. Jammed my knees bad. I don’t know if I’ll fly United again.

The flight from Cleveland to Newark was great. The connecting flight wasn’t so good.

This was a short flight with no food. The attendants were great but the comfort was poor: just to cramped. The flight from Denver to Frankfort was excellent! Seating was roomier, food was good, service was good. This was a great experience.

Delayed over an hour due to paperwork not being filed correctly. Forced to change planes.

I still prefer Delta, but Delta doesn’t fly to State College PA.

Fourth consecutive trip that American has run so far behind they disrupted the days travel entirely. No more American Aieli ea. time to try delta.

Pilots were very conscious about giving us a smooth flight

Very good. Flight on time. Cabin crew were all really friendly.

On time, smooth, luggage was out fast at the end of the flight. About perfect.

Pilots showed up late because they decided to stop and get something to eat instead of going straight to our gate, Forcing an 1 1/2 hour delay, and missed flight. Shame on the pilots.

There was a serious delay of almost 2 hrs to departure.. it would have been to be told what caused the delay. Apart from the delay, boarding and the flight itself went smoothly.

Our flight was canceled and we were stranded in another state for 3 days and were not allowed to get our bags.

There was an hour delay and not much communication as to why there was a delay. Otherwise the flight was fine.

Due to the long delays and rescheduling boarding was horrible. However, the gate staff and the flight attendants went above and beyond to remedy our frustrations. They were able to handle every potential harsh situation with Grace, compassion and coolness of head. Kudos to the MIA Gate A12 and night crew of flight 1572 YYZ to MIA.

Flight departed on time and arrived a bit early. Can’t go wrong with that! And makes a travel experience go so well

I didn’t realize Aer Lingus was a “nickel and dime” kind of airline where you had to separately buy all the amenities you wanted. The push to purchase duty-free beauty products was off-putting. And our row had the least amount of leg room I’ve ever dealt with on a flight.

We couldn't talk to aer lingus we had issues with the flight change and aer lingus made us talk to kayak

Very pleasant staff, there was some turbulence but the captain was very apologetic and gave notice where possible.

Flight was great. Had to wait almost 100 minutes for luggage (some problem in the delivery). This may not be an Aer Lingus problem, but an SFO problem.

The flight got us safely from point a to point b and on time. For a transatlantic flight that isnt nothing. Flight crew was kind and professional. The seats are super uncomfortable (worse than domestic budget airlines) and the cabin was DIRTY.

Great service on the plane and by ground staff. great prices. I was able to change seats on the plane. The allocated seats cannot be changed when checkin in online. They have to be done at the airport if you check in at the airport or on the plane by asking a stewardess / steward.

Plane could have been cleaner. There were many crumbs and crud around the seat mounts.

The flight was half full and I presume that the next few days are even less busy not sure why they are still charging a premium to change a flight.

Food and entertainment non existent as we were only in the air 25 mins so totally understandable

Everything was excellent except I could not check in online. The app kept denying me. So I checked in at the airport and the person was super polite and helpful. Very nice all around.

It was a great experience. I did find that some menu options were not available, which was a bit surprising, but over all a wonderful experience.

I wasn't able to request a special meal on the on line check in. I informed the cabin crew and they went out of their way to find foods I could eat. I am very grateful.

All went well- allow plenty of time at Heathrow, we felt like we got bused halfway to chicago when it was time to board, then had to carry baggage up steps outside. A bit of work for anyone who is less mobile or able bodied for sure.

It was a pathetic experience. Booked Hindu vegetarian meal and they served chicken. Inspite of telling them repeated times, the issue was not resolved.

I never was able to take this cancelled flight…all flights from Zagreb were cancelled at 3:30 AM of departure day 9/8!

Friendly crew members. Food was so-so, below average. However, ice cream add a little touch and made a difference.

Overall American Airlines are good. For a long haul flight I would have appreciated if they had offered water durning the flight, as they don't provide individual water bottles. I applaud their recycling efforts onboard.

Experience was probably the best I’ve had on BA for a long time. Only thing is A380 is old now and it needs upgrading. The en re attainment screens are very small and the touchscreen barely works.
