Crew was not helpful. Other passengers in first class were over served blatantly over intoxicated.

The plane was in bad condition. We were taxied for mode than an hour because a light panel had feel off. The bathroom in first class had broken panels as well. Overall poor aircraft maintenance

Plane was late because of a mechanical malfunction and the food listed as available was not. Flight attendants seem over worked and under paid. They just done seem happy. And that can be seen in their faces.

Horrible. Flight ORD to CGH was okay, but Paris was a nightmare. Old planes, delays, involuntary downgrades, broken planes, terrible communication. CGH to CPT was my worst flight ever.

Keep us informed of delays in a more timely manner

The plane was one hour late cause they were doing some reparations with us on the plane no mention I was in the first seat and the door was open the entire time with 8 degrees! The plane was totally dirty no mention old ! The staff was nice but no put together, the attention to details and passenger experience is missing and i always travel first !!! Is better the lounge than the plane! KLM/air France every details is taken care maybe you need a creative creator or experience client need asap was terrible and not memorable for the price that I payed very dissatisfied

Delay at gate caused a flight change for our connection, hotel stay, and lots of standing and waiting in lines which hurt my feet and was unpleasant as people were grumpy and yelling. Delta worker Nestor Espinosa was very helpful! Others were apathetic (tired I’m sure!) but weren’t clear with instructions and didn’t give both of me and my travel partner the same food voucher etc.

I just can’t understand why are you sell to many tickets ???? We had to wait 2 hours before 13 people from our flight take money and go to next day flight!

Space and comfort was good. Staff could have been more helpful and friendly.

Airline stewardess service is good. The check-in attendant had a bad attitude and was unprofessional. We did not complete the trip as originally planned. Very dissatisfied☹️

I do not read or speak in Spanish. Only English. When asking for help, the people spoke quickly in English and pointed a lot. I wish they would’ve spoken a little slower for me to understand. There was much confusion and hurried in their message and I was unclear as to where to go

It’s been some time since I saw the plane and the cabin that old and worn out.

No air in the middle rows. Had a hard time breathing. Was dying of heat.

I loved how polite the crew was even though some of them wasn't the best with English that they still done everything they could to help me with my needs food was amazing

Terrible They charged me 157$ for excess baggage even though my bags were within the normally accepted limits Flight was late. Service was poor. The snacks were really bad

We had 2 delayed LATAM flights in our trip. We were only given one coffee for 5 hours delay. Also when we were boarding the crew wanted to charge us for our allowed carry on luggage. I got a bit angry and they finally didn’t charge anything. Not flying with LATAM again.

My luggage never arrived in Miami; still waiting a day later.

My luggage did not get to my Miami destination/home. I am waiting for it 24 hours later.

Flight was delayed by well over an hour. Communication was terrible.

Fast check in, easy to navigate, crew were very good, the plane was delayed due to a previous flight and I found the cleanliness a little lacking but overall it was fine

I like the team but I don't like the food you provided with money. I want free food and free water.

I would not fly with BA again. Packed in like sardines, constant request to turn down air conditioning due to freezing cold for hours and the food was pretty to look at but tasteless!

Overall not great . We had a 4 four hour plus delay on returning and communication about the changes was poor . No updates were given on the website or by e-mail . We subsequently missed a connection , were our on a later flight and then missed all public transport for our onward journey home. Needed to hire a car at some expense . One member if staff was rude at the gate

Late boarding. Delayed departure leading to rushed connection at Madrid Barajas. Not necessarily Iberia's fault but delay loading cargo didn't help.

I can’t comment on food as it was necessary to buy it. No entertainment.

Everything went smoothly and as expected. We were on time and one flight arrived early.

Fresh fuit or veg snacks would be so great, but there are two good restaurants in Denver airport. Try Etais UDIS or Freshens DIA for nutritious delicious pita sandwiches/ donairs and crepes in Freshens.

The flight attendant bumped into me repeatedly time and time again, throughout the entire flight, preventing me from getting any rest. He seemed unaware of his actions and I was very close to saying something, but I didn't because I don't believe he would have understood or altered his behaviour. It was very irritating

The boarding process in Frankfurt was chaotic and uncomfortable. Everyone was waiting at the gate and had to get up and line up (by escalators which caused problems) to get documents checked. Then wait in line for bus which took us to tarmac where we had to stand in the cold rain outside the plane to climb the stairs to board. The plane ride itself was smooth and as comfortable as could be in economy. Free texting for aero plane members was nice. The food was decent.

In flight wifi that I paid for was very slow and at times didn't work at all.

Terrible. The plane is old and not well kept. Very small, no leg space or comfort. And the prices to and from Bermuda re criminally high.

No food, not even snacks on the 6hr flight from Newark to Vancouver! The movie collection made up for it though and they did come around with drinks twice. Just good to know so you can eat ahead/bring snacks onto the flight. It was a bumpy ride induced by wind and rain but otherwise got to the destination safely and promptly.

Of our SIX flights in my travel group, five were delayed, and all (except possibly one) were just company screwups. One traveler had her CARRY ON baggage put on another flight because Air Canada could not properly do "weight and Balance". Bags missing for a day. Another traveler never made it. Then, (humor here) the flagship airline of the socialist country has NOTHING FOR FREE on board. Expect to pay for pretzels, folks. How's that socialism working out for ya, aye? I might book air Canada in the future if I have a meeting that I REALLY want to MISS!

I paid extra for an exit row seat. A flight attendant put someone’s roller board bag under the seat in front of my feet. Took away the extra legroom I paid for. Quite disappointed by that.

There's no inflight entertainment, plane was old, power USB didn't work

Excellent. Very nice and comfortable business class. Only negative is that it was difficult to hear the pilot’s announcement.

The seats were tiny, being of a fairly petite build, I don’t usually expect to feel crammed and cramped in a seat, but I definitely was on this flight. I couldn’t even bend over to get anything out from under the seat in front and getting up to go to the bathroom at night with the seat backs reclined was nearly impossible. I had to do gymnastics to get over and out. For an airline that does long flights overnight, it’s kind of ridiculous.

As expected for a BA long haul flight in economy - you get what you pay for. Good leg space, in flight entertainment and food and drink provided. Staff on the return flight (overnight) we're a bit brisk and just wanted to get everyone fed and watered before turning the lights down. We're vegetarian so ordered it separately through the booking, although when we were in flight we realised there was a normal and vegetarian option anyway, and we were given vegan. This is fine, however on the return trip we were told there were no more specially ordered meals left, so be aware in case you have specific dietary requirements.

All was good. The headphones they supply are of poor quality. The food is good but too much dairy.

Seat layout, flight/club attendant service, food variety and quality could have been better. Business class Standard is visibly low compared with 6 other airlines that we have traveled for the past two years.

American was good / British Airways partner was not as good…

Terrible seats. Cabin crew were the only good part of my BA experience.

You lost my luggage on the trip to Dublin and again on the way back, still waiting on luggage.
