The crew was very attentive and kept busy serving a variety of treats!

The boarding process was a disaster. No one respects the boarding groups—tired old aeroplane. There are no sockets to charge phones. The cushion seats are ancient and hurts back and gluts

Annoying customer pushing my seat did not make this pleasant.

Overall good, the gluten free food is very hit/miss though and you must tell them you have an allergy days in advance.

We were kept waiting at the gate for 2 hours without explanation

Despite many attempts to work out a change, neither British Airways nor Kayak nor Chatdeal would allow us to cancel or change this flight so we lost all of the payments when we were not able to fly. Absolutely terrible customer service. We will never use either of the services again.

Great and pleasant service and smooth flight with wonderful and clean amenities.

The entertainment system in our row was not working. That makes for a VERY long flight!!

It was ok but not at a business class standard No entertainment system available which is poor for a 3+ hour journey Food was ok and service was good though
