Cons:
I noticed at pick up that the wheel cover was missing. I took a pic as suggested by the attendant, if I found any issues with it. When I arrived at my destination, I was asked if I had a flat tire along the way. I told him no that the wheel cover was missing when I picked it up. He told me that I was driving with a donut. I was shocked as it didn't appear smaller than the other tires and I had driven for 4 hours and 260 miles at top speeds of 75 mph. I have no idea if there was another spare in the trunk, the flat tire, or nothing. Fortunately nothing happened, but could have been ugly and never should have been rented out in that condition.6.4 Okay

Staff very friendly, pick up easy, convenient location, no line.Cons:
Car was a bit dirtier than I had expected, coffee stains on ceiling that I didn't notice until later. Nobody in garage during pickup or dropoff, but as long as they don't charge me for someone else's mess, I'm ok with that.10.0 Wonderful

That I, myself, called to confirm the pick up, and found out I had time to cancel in enough time before a horrible mistake took place.Cons:
I called to ask about my reservation that I had booked weeks prior. I prepaid for the car using a debit card. The man on the phone informed me that I was not going to be able to pick up my car at the destination, which was 2,000 miles from home. I asked why I would get a confirmation email from Hertz saying that the car is booked, and the money cleared out of my account if they didn't intend on giving me the car. He said you HAVE to use a credit card to pick up. I again asked why no one contacted me. He told me it was a good question. That was his answer. The funny thing is, if you cancel the day of your pick up, you dont get a refund. So, Hertz was going to let me pay them hundreds of dollars out of my debit card, not get the car I paid for, then want me to do a separate order with my credit card to get a car. I didn’t get the rental because in this area they don’t allow people under 25 to rent a car even though on the Hertz website it say that they will just charge a underage fee. Communication on the under 25 rules should be more clearly laid out because the only thing I read about that rule was there might be an added fee not that I would be unable to rent it.Avis

The woman at the counter spoke very good English.Cons:
You must drive into a garage where there is only a small sign posted, that applies to all car rental companies, which you must stop and read, and it is on a curve where cars are blindly coming around and you must stop, block traffic, and read the four steps of 1) parking the car in the appropriate area, 2) cleaning it out, 3) writing down the mileage and 4) locking it, noting the number of your space, and returning the keys to the rental counter. What it doesn't say is 1) your parking space is far away 2) the rental counter is across the street in the main terminal downstairs on the other end 3) the escalators don't work and 4) have fun waiting in line to turn in all this information you are supposed to provide.6.4 Okay
