Pros:The rental didn’t even happen because even though we called their corporate customer service and had the pickup time changed the number they had for the local office at the Boise airport was disconnected and turns out their office closes at 5 pm and they don’t offer any sort of after hours pick up.Cons:Everything. Cons:Information on Debit card use. There was no indication that before a 24 hour reservation a debit card could not be used. Then the rules with a debit card are absurd.Reviewed 28 Jan 2020
