Really quick check in and security at Heathrow Terminal 5. Staff on board were lovely and very friendly. Could have provided a few more drinks on the flight but they were available at the back of the plane.
Business lounge in Naples is very spartan with poor food and not very comfortable. Late departure from gate, ride bust then wait on runway for 30 minutes. Almost an hour late departing. Business class was middle seat empty. We exit row do reasonable comfort. Service was friendly and prompt but drink offerings limited with some selections requiring extra charge.
Not connecting flights. Missed my flight from Dublin to Liverpool because I arrived at Dublin one hour too late. For this mistake, they offered me a flight from Dublin to Manchester. Thats great and all, but I waste time and money to commute to Liverpool. Be sure to check the time of your connecting flights, because they sure don’t when they sell it to you
Very bad plain although I paid A business class ticket I was stuck in a stiff fixed seat without any entertainment or Wi Fi for 5 hours I will never ever book a flight on British airline.
They cancelled our ticket, gave us no warning, they reissued it 4 days prior to trip and it was cancelled again when we got to the airport- very stressful, the flight was overbooked so they drove us across Milan to malpensa
Leg room was better than expected. Lavatory’s were easy to access.crew was grea!
Check in process was unfamiliar. While receiving assistance the employees supervisor berated him for not walking the area. Lucky for us, he ignored her and helped us check in. Did not know about the baggage fees with economy basic and spent 450 GBP (nearly$600) just on bags for a total of less than 2 hours flying time (50 minutes one way) on a round trip lasting less than 3 days. Astronomically high price for bags. Our first experience flying British Airways and very disappointed. Completely overpriced for the service we received.

The flight was fine. Unfortunately, the seat entertainment (movie/TV/game options) was malfunctioning for some reason, so movies weren't an option on that flight. On the flight to my destination, it was working all right, but I never used it because I couldn't figure out how to make it work. It would be helpful to have better instructions for those of us who aren't too skilled at such things. Other than that, no problems. The crew were courteous, the food was decent, and they got us where we were going on time, or even a bit early. I would use them again.
