Pros: Everything was on time. Attendants were courteous.
Cons: Food was quite expensive - vegetarian sandwiches were underwhelming. Disabled mother had to stand and wait to get on plane despite being told that she wouldnt have to.
Cons: ok when in Malaga I asked for wheelchair at Gatwick as I had pulled a muscle in my back and it was hard to walk got to Gatwick No wheelchair had to walk not very good

Cons: The leg room in Economy is awful and my seat was very uncomfortable 44C I have long legs and when seats are reclined they encroach on the persons comfort behind. Cons: Club World is a super dated product. The tech is old and you are uncomfortably close to your neighbors. Also even when you buy a business class ticket British Airways makes you pay to reserve a seat in advance if you don’t have status with them. That feels over the top for a premium customer.
Cons: Flight was very delayed. Business lounge was poor
Pros: Very comfy business class. Had a very good sleep.
Cons: When queuing for boarding, some other classes queued on the the same line which made the queue very long. However there was no staff checking.
Pros: The entertainment was good and the crew friendly
Cons: My seat and table were dirty and sticky. We had a 45 min delay. I was seated in the middle of the plane and received my meal lady and of course had no more meal choice available since they had run out . For the snack I also was given a different meal than my seat neighbor
Cons: Our flight was delayed an hour out of Denver and then 4 hours delay out of London to Lisbon. And, after that long delay they didn't even offer free water.
Pros: Crew and airline was fine
Cons: Due to the way the flights were booked, even though I flew on the same airline on both legs of my trip they were two separate bookings causing me to wait in line for two hours in Heathrow to get my bags and check back in. I will probably never use kayak / kiwi.com again.
