Business class in the second leg - CDG-EVN was a disaster.
worst experience ever i choose my seat in advance and also have my seat selected in my boarding and the they told me that my seat has been changed without notify me
No birding was given for next trip on same carrier, food was very moderate.
We transited through Chad and what was supposed to be a 1hr 20 minutes transit time lasted over 4hrs. We didn't get regular updates until we complained. After a 10hr flight from Paris no form of refreshment given and finally arrived Abuja over 6hrs later and none of my bags came

My seat was so uncomfortable, and the headrest was broken. Very very disappointing for the price I paid.
Even though my seat is a paid seat, I was told to give up my seat to a passenger. I tried to ask the CA to negotiate, and when I spoke in Japanese, the CA fled. I had to find a Japanese CA and ask them to deal with it. . After takeoff, I spilled my coffee, and when I asked the flight attendant for a towel, she told me to wipe it off with a wet tissue. My clothes got wet, so I asked CA for an extra blanket, but I had to wait for an hour.
Please serve no god if you must serve dog food

All planes flying to Mexico City are very old. Seats don’t even have power outlets.
The control panel for the seat back screen did not work at all after takeoff.
Poor seating comfort, seat cushion too thin, very uncomfortable. My luggage didi not make the flight due to equipment change. At least. United had it delivered the next day. I was without my toilet items for one day.
The male air hostess was rude and didn’t provide good customer service. Didn’t even offer me a drink

Nothing bad to say about the actual crew or airline. It was nice to have a complimentary FULL can of soda, as well as a snack. Blankets and earbuds were also provided at no cost for this red eye flight. I especially appreciated the free WiFi and movie selection with the Bluetooth option. It helped the flight pass more quickly. No matter who you fly, boarding and disembarking are always SUCH a pain. As I mentioned, this is on the passengers and not the crew!!
Food choice was poor and we had to buy on board snacks.
I bought internet for the flight. Don’t waste your money. I wasn’t able to download a 1 Mb file from Google Docs during a 3-4 hr period. You can only use WhatsApp and email if you are willing to wait.
This flight was a code share for both Iberia and American Airlines and run by what I assume is a charter company Level. It was difficult if not impossible to get a seat assigned, check bags or use any customer service functions. I would skip it!
Overall not great . We had a 4 four hour plus delay on returning and communication about the changes was poor . No updates were given on the website or by e-mail . We subsequently missed a connection , were our on a later flight and then missed all public transport for our onward journey home. Needed to hire a car at some expense . One member if staff was rude at the gate
The entertainment system got stuck in the ABBA music channel. The headsets were not loud enough. My pre purchased aisle seat was not honoured

Premium economy class is pathetic. Rubbed shoulders with passenger next to me all flight. Only about 20 passengers in that class but they ran out of one food option shortly after started serving the main meal. Flight attendant was curt and acted annoyed when asked any questions.
How to get an aisle seat without paying extra? The young lady next to me was assigned the seat.
My flight with I berira was okay byt the lost my bags I still dont have them also the transit flight was so no comfortable so I dont think will go with them throught and transit flight again
wow American airline was very very good from provided meal to services was excellent really very comfortable and 5 stars meal and service.
The food was good but basically thrown at you with a don’t bother me attitude. The plane itself was quite dirty.
Fruit and cheese platter was dubious quality. The edges of the cheese pieces were dried, plastic looking. Old.
Flight delayed two and a half hours from Toronto to Calgary Philadelphia to Toronto we were listed as standbys !!! Very concerning

The flight was good, but it was delayed several times, we were supposed to board at 10:15, and we didn’t board until 11:30.
The flight was operated by United Airlines, probably my best flight in the last 5 years.Crew was excellent,and food ,drink service was outstanding.
One cabin crew member was outstanding. The rest were typical Air Canada crew... somewhat friendly, but otherwise matter-of-fact and sometimes grumpy. 3 hour delay with no explanation. The chicken dish they served was horrible - no flavour, poor texture, and the couscous accompaniment tasted terrible. Finally, the worst was the seating. We were near the back of a 777ER (row 54), in a 3-4-3 configuration. Unsurprisingly, the seat was narrow and, as typical with Air Canada, the seat pitch reminded my of a Spirit airlines aircraft. Unfortunately this was a 8+ hour flight. Very few people around us were able to sleep due to the uncomfortable and cramped seating.
They canceled my flight , they put me on a different flight that was delayed and the connection was lost . They lost my luggage. And now I’m stuck with any of my belongings.
Seat layout, flight/club attendant service, food variety and quality could have been better. Business class Standard is visibly low compared with 6 other airlines that we have traveled for the past two years.
The check at Accra was very bad . I had to be in the queue for solid two hours simple because your staff were pushing people and lifting the balustrade for them to jump the queue. This situation made us very made with your Accra check in crew. I have video of what I am putting across and I am happy I have the opportunity now.I can send the video to you if you are ready to punish those involved.

Good. The flight was extremely delayed but they rebooked my layover (which took off before we even landed) before we arrived. Second flight made me check my bag but there was plenty of room. Otherwise good experience
Stewart's and Stewardesses were kind amd polite. Pilot communicated very well. Will definitely fly British Airways in the future.
My flight was late from Rome to London so missed the connection for BA flight to Chicago . Was put up @ hotel & fed . Next morning flight to Chicago was late so missed my connecting flight on SW to Phoenix. Had to rebook for next day on SW @ additional fare of $600 for wife & l . Will miss today’s NFL playoff games while in flight . It’s 5 degrees F in Chicago right now . Thought the food on BA economy was the worst I’ve had on a transatlantic flight . The crew was very nice
Superb staff, ingenious seating in Club class. Superb food and service. Loading and unloading. Ample cabin overhead luggage space. But the earphone socket was damaged and did not give binaural audio. Very hard to follow a film over the engine noise. Nor could I get to play Sudoku for want of instructions.
I don’t know whether it’s 24 hr or 48 hr the check in process opens. I could not get the seats I wanted in business class. Passengers weee annoyed when I had to jump over their feet to go to rest rooms and the air hostess had to disturb passengers on sale to serve passengers in middle seats . This was from lax to Heathrow
