I had a great travel experience as there weren't any delays and I was able to get to Mexico City on time for conference.

The seats are too hard for long flights but otherwise- the process was smooth, the staff attentive, and there was to keep you occupied during the journey if needed.

The plane was in bad condition. We were taxied for mode than an hour because a light panel had feel off. The bathroom in first class had broken panels as well. Overall poor aircraft maintenance

I like using the Delta app to keep informed, boarding was smooth, and flight attendants were awesome and on top of everything, good communication from pilots.

Keep us informed of delays in a more timely manner

Standard economy seats on Deltas 767 were better than Alaska premium seats on their 737 MAX9; more legroom, wider seats. Entertainment was great, no ipad or phone required. Could have included a meal service.

Always on time. This time the flight arrived 30mins early. Easy check in with app as well

We flew early evening on New Year's Eve. Our plane was less than half full... Great for the passenger experience -- not so much for the airline lol. Comfortable, spacious, smooth flight -- and early arrival!

Old cabine without flat bed in business for a 12 hour flight is not acceptable

Medíocre. The food wasn't good (although not bad, bad) and the staff wasn't kind. I asked for n extra blanket, the steward never came back, serving us roughly.

They wanted to close counter although they did not provide the wheelchair requested which ended by going alone to transit security and lost long time and they did not want to wait .

They charge me for luggage which is was included on the ticket

No bording was given for next trip on same carrier, food was very moderate.

We transited through Chad and what was supposed to be a 1hr 20 minutes transit time lasted over 4hrs. We didn't get regular updates until we complained. After a 10hr flight from Paris no form of refreshment given and finally arrived Abuja over 6hrs later and none of my bags came

their gluten free lactose meal is the best, I have never been satisfied with my flight meals. I definitely enjoyed my flight and the chair is very spacious for economy. I'm so glad Delta is my flight way back to NY.

The crew was great and handled our unexpected detour with proactive communication.

I paid extra for a seat with more leg room but they changed the plane and found myself in an ordinary seat. This is expensive at 50€

The real big issue with this flight was that it was 3 hours delayed. Other than that, no big praises or complaints.

Left 2 hours later for delayed I had to take care a kid with special need since people don’t want to move to accommodate the rest of the family. . It wasn’t bad but that made me upset that people can be that selfish.

All planes flying to Mexico City are very old. Seats don’t even have power outlets.

The staff was phenomenal. I can’t think of anything that could be better. Will be flying with UA again

I bought internet for the flight. Don’t waste your money. I wasn’t able to download a 1 Mb file from Google Docs during a 3-4 hr period. You can only use WhatsApp and email if you are willing to wait.

weather on landing! Almost missed next flight but fortunately it was late too.

WiFi never works on any flight and the attendants can never get it to work. You would think paying so much for business/first would give WiFi. Also, the food in business is really poor these days.

If other people in flight, followed instructions and were much cleaner.

Bag check employee was on the phone the whole time… couldn’t even explain why I was missing tags and just looked at me funny and laughed while he was on the phone. Horrible customer service.

The infotainment system is liking compared to Airlines like Emirates Etihad Singapore Qantas

This was the first AC flight in a long time that we experienced no delays or frustrations. The gate attendant was extremely polite and accommodating to my husband who has Parkinson’s disease which made boarding extremely stress free. Flight departed ON TIME and was a smooth ride. If only all my AC experiences could be like this.

The flight attendant bumped into me repeatedly time and time again, throughout the entire flight, preventing me from getting any rest. He seemed unaware of his actions and I was very close to saying something, but I didn't because I don't believe he would have understood or altered his behaviour. It was very irritating

Glad that the plane was not full so my 6' 2" husband didn't have anyone in front of him. We were able to sit in a row with a space between us so he could stretch his legs.

Glasses of water very small, no any snack and at the second time that the air attendant serve water or juice, she ignored us, only some passengers had something to drink.😕

I did not like the fact that our bags went missing

We were denied boarding despite arriving 2.5 hours before taje-off because the Air Canada computer system could not link my passport with my eTA. We were rebooked on the next flight and our hold baggage is now lost.

my flight from Toronto to Chicago was horrible. we tried to land 3 times, couldn't. they went to Milwaukee & sat on the plane/runway for another 1.5 hours. then they flew us back to Toronto. we had to stay overnight. the communication was bad. just told us to wait for an email update. no credit, no voucher for my additional night in a hotel. nothing. I will not fly air Canada again.

-kayak did not give me advanced notice to my e-mail for my flight and I had major trouble finding the code to access Air Canada’s site because you did not provide it to me and incompetent Air Canada did not have any access based on my name alone. WTF -The flight was delayed twice. -They moved the boarding area -They said I would give free checked baggage because the plane was full and they charged me over $30 -They didn’t get my luggage on to the plane and left without it and I’m heading to a cruise ship. -I have lost one FULL day of my limited holiday and had to cancel scheduled events because my luggage did not get on the plane (even though the plane was delayed). -The “wheresmyluggage.com site is a total incompetent disaster that caused additional stress. -I will be sharing this experience

Date was for a day earlier than I realized and no email or text up on check in. At least I could have made an effort to re-arrange my schedule to use the flight. 100% write off + cost of new ticket.

No food. No Bluetooth for entertainment. Crying babies thought the cabin instead of placing them in the corners.

The FA told me that the dinner was vegetable curry which turned out to be vegetarian (tofu) which I don’t care for but that was the only disappointing part of my trip.

Crew and boarding fine. Flight delayed, then delayed again after boarding.

Updates from pilots about delays would make them less frustrating.

My selected seat ending up being very uncomfortable both major flights. SFO to London and back. Seat arms did not go up so it was not like suggest by BA staff. On return flight my seat had a life raft barrier in front off me and large man beside me.

Truly felt "taken care of". Will definitely fly British Airways again.

Had to cancel flight due to war in the Middle East, no refund, and insurance wouldn’t cover it!

Superb staff, ingenious seating in Club class. Superb food and service. Loading and unloading. Ample cabin overhead luggage space. But the earphone socket was damaged and did not give binaural audio. Very hard to follow a film over the engine noise. Nor could I get to play Sudoku for want of instructions.

Way better than EasyJet 😊seats more comfortable, staff quite nice. We were offered a free cup of water and a small snack, something EasyJet don’t offer. Departed on time and arrived ten minutes early. A pleasant experience

You lost my luggage on the trip to Dublin and again on the way back, still waiting on luggage.
