Cons: I felt like I was always being sold something throughout the Ryanair experience. It’s too much.
Cons: We were standing in line to board gate 14 it read Barcelona and right as we went to start boarding it changed to a different flight. All of us were running from gate to gate and nobody would help us!!!!! That was TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! One person figured it no Help from your staff.
Cons: The crew was very unpleasant . I boarded the plane - was not even greeted. This was not like business class at all . I felt like I just wasted money and did not get even close the service I expected. Flight attendants were ignoring my requests - no blankets no cocktails ... very bad .
Cons: I have flown budget airlines before, but this takes it to a new level. I would frankly pay more to not have to be nickeled and dimed.

Pros: Crew were very attentive. Seats usual Ryan Air not the most comfortable seats. Boarded FIRST as was special assistance which is much better than being boarded last with everybody looking at you & no room for hand luggage at your seat so having to get somebody to place it further down plane.
Cons: My special assistance required lift off plane which didn't happen so I along with people on crutches had to try negotiate way down steps in the wind & rain.

Cons: Ryanair website did not work properly for check in and I was charge 110euro extra upon arrival at Athens airport - myself and my fiancé are very disappointed. We arrived at the airport 2 hours before our flight and we were told we could not complete our check in process as it was only available online. The flight had delayed 1 hour and we still payed 110 euro. The crew had very rude attitude. This was the first time flying with Ryanair and it was a complete disaster. I believe it is unacceptable to pay for something that it was not my mistake and I except to receive a response from you soon.

Pros: I about got what I paid for and Ryan does have some good prices. I am not limited to specific dates so I can usually shop for a price that matches what little I expect to receive. Ryan is far better than Jet Blue, Iberia Express and Easy Jet for carry on luggage. I won't fly those others regardless of price - their additional charges for my purse-sized bag of medical equipment would have cost me more than the ticket while others were allowed to take larger bags of airport-ripoff-junk from "duty free" shops at no charge. Fortunately I had time before my early morning flight to unpack and throw away clothes and a leather bag before my flight. Ryan rates better than those companies.
Cons: Most of the staff are only civil to you if you are giving them money or are getting on or off the plane. They don't act like they like their jobs. The employer is usually the reason for that and the customer usually suffers the consequences. Everyone involved can see the elephant in the room except managers and corporate heads (who are usually too full of themselves to think rationally about where the money comes from.) The seating is uncomfortable enough that I can't take a flight over two or three hours. Fortunately I havent had too. I have low expectations and am rarely surprised. Like buying trinkets from China, the cheaper the product the higher the profit ratio. I still buy so I guess I feel I am getting what I pay for.
Cons: Half the screens were not working - crew were made aware but nothing was done. Vegetarian choices were poor to non-existent ; I witnessed crew insist to a passenger that there were no vegetarian options! They finally cobbled something together for him but not a pleasant experience
Cons: We have a 5 hours delay inside the plane. The crew has to been change and the second crew is the worst crew in all my flights The captain also was change after 4 hours of delay, and is the worst captain, nothing polite
