Pros: Food was surprisingly good, crew were nice. Seats are way to tight...rididulous, like a cattle car.

Cons: I was travelling with an injured ankle, had paid for a one way trip last minute because of a BA screw up on my RT ticket, and asked that I be given two seats if possible so I could put my foot up. I was moved to an aisle rather than center, but no empty seat, event though there was one in front, behind my row, and several rows back. Could have easily accommodated my request. My original ticket was MIA/LON/DUB...travelling for funeral, and changed leg from LON/DUB to LON/SNN to travel with my sister...paid extra for the ticket, told them I would not be using my LON/DUB leg. Was told no problem. When I went to re-confirm adn do nline check in on the 24th, my ticket had been marked trip completed...there was not return leg DUB/BARCELONA/MIA...just vanished. Paid 900Euros. Seems there should be a refund coming my way for the unused portion of my ticket. I would like to be contacted by customer service. 954.662.9537

Pros: Staff is very friendly. With the right backing, this could have been one of the best short hop airlines.

Cons: Boarding is a mess. Make people stand in their groups and enforce these animals to board in an efficient manner. Every other major airline does it. Staff is TOO friendly because these customers rush the gate no matter what and the staff is fine with it.

Cons: The flight attendants were just awesome. First time flying with Aer Lingus and I must say they are my favorite airline henceforth

Pros: Ryanair works very well if you follow the instructions. Check in day before departure - Don’t bring too big or too many bags onboard. Pretty perfect flight for us.

Cons: Fellow passengers not preparing for check in and bringing too much luggage then complaining for 10 minutes while everyone else has to wait. Ryanair only had one check in / bag drop. Should be automated or more staff. Took forever. (Ok 30min and only 3 ppl ahead of me in queue)

Pros: Arrival Gate position in Seville was perfect for a quick exit.

Cons: The wueue for priorty boarding was twice the size of normal. Rip off.

Cons: Connections booked together need more time for larger airports. I had over an hour connection on paper and had to run through the entire airport to even catch my flight. My mother on a separate flight arrived ten minutes before her flight took off even though booking stated a full hour. Also the quality and cleanliness of the plane needs improvement. Lufthansa is normally amazing quality but both flights today were subpar. Bathroom smelled of urine, old and dirty seats with no support. Dirty hand rests and outdated screens which skipped with movies

Pros: We got to Chicago at least 45 minutes before the expected landing time. The dinner was pretty good and the crew came around many times offering drinks. The ground crew did a good job of evaluating luggage and tagging people’s bags before the overhead bins got too full so it didn’t delay our flight.

We were held up at the Passport Control by the Polish Border Guards at the Passport Control - their computer was down ... My wife cried, my kids cried and asked to be let in on the plane ... Nobody cared to help us ...

Cons: Very cramped seat on the TGV train. I will definitely choose and pay a seat on my own next time, rather than accepting the on picked by Air France... And it will be cheaper, too!

Cons: They have a terrible communication problem, they never communicated why the flight was late, they never communicated what they were doing or what was happening. Bad customer service. Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. Without that tickets we can not claim the bags. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing.

Cons: A mechanical malfuntion caused our takeoff to be over 2 3/4 hours late. I had a scheduled 4 hour layover which wasn't enough and missed my USA connection. Had to pay another $2500 x 2 for return flight to make a wedding Same happened on arrival. 2hr delay Going back in 2 weeks. Trying Europa Air

Cons: The airline made people unnecessarily nervous by posting a very early boarding time so people thought they had to jump in line in customs when, in fact, we all had the same departure times and all had plenty of time.

Cons: Flight was delayed 4 hours and when finally boarded we had to get off the plane for a crew change and wait another hour. Then we sat on the runway for 45 minutes before we took off. Worst flight of my life.

Pros: Nothing! This is the worst airline I have traveled with. Always late and usually by servers hours not just a few minutes late. I mean late when you have to wait for the announnouncement of your flight for hours

Cons: Personnel, seats (even in expensive preferential class which I used) boarding, they want to charge you even if you ask for a glass of water. Come on !

Pros: Great smooth flight, crew were friendly and many movies and shoes to choose from.

Cons: Seats are tight and not much leg room for the unfortunate ones who fly Economy class. Food was ok.

Pros: The in flight service was fantastic. The attendants were friendly and always smiling. The pilots flew the plane with Swiss precision. I had an economy ticket and they fed us twice and had at least six beverage passes to keep you hydrated. A blanket, pillow and ear buds were provided as part of the seat. Norwegian Air does not even cover a glass of water. They are pathetic. We will travel with Swiss Air again.

Cons: Internet service is invoiced by the megabyte and not the flight. For flights of this duration, a lump sum is a better idea.

Pros: Swiss is my new favorite airline.
