Cons: I paid for travel insurance yet I still had to pay Ryanair 55euro for not being able to check in before my flight as checking in with momondo would not work!

Pros: Nothing. I never took a flight so bad in my life.

Cons: They could have another line to the people that couldn’t make check-in online, but they prefere to charge you a amount of $55,00 euros. Me and my husband tried to do the check-in online but the system was out off service and than when we tried again, 2 hour before departure, it was no possible

Pros: I paid extra to allocate seat upon booking. When I went to check in I was asked to pay for seats again. We then had to sit separately. Upon boarding we were asked to pay £25 each for our hand luggage - even though we fly every month with Ryanair back and forth and have never paid before. Rude staff

Cons: Staff could be taught customer service skills. and stop taking more and more money off people but advertise as cheap flights because they arent. We have vowed never to use Ryan air again.

Cons: There was a long delay, longer than the flight itself. In a rush to catch up (or go home) they did not clean the plane before boarding, not even superficially.

Pros: Kayak never sent me a confirmation of the purchase kd the tickets. We arrived at the airport (family of 7, with 3 kids) and the reservation was non-existing. We were not able to board the flight and had to buy another ticket at a much more expensive price in addition to losing an entire day in paris

Pros: Nothing outstanding comes to mind. TAP Portugal was a million times more hospitable and accommodating.

Cons: They allowed us to check a bag, without telling us that it definitely would not make it to our next stop on time. Almost all the passengers on our plane had to return the next day to collect our bags, at our own expense. This had happened to the flight before us too. There were no apologies to us

Pros: The crew was very professional and helpful. If you travel Business Class it is very pleasant. But if you are traveling Economy the boarding management and economy seats suck! Many people were complaining about how narrow the economy seats are on the A320/330 aircraft.

Cons: Swiss has finally done it! If you are a person who is large framed, around 225 lbs or higher you will not fit into their economy seats. I'm quite athletic and not obese but large framed (ex- football player), I could not sit squarely in the seat as my hips were severely pinched. Misery :(

Pros: Crew was very friendly. Seats were decently comfortable - appreciated blanket and pillow for long haul flight.

Screens froze often, were not very touch sensitive and the sound was pretty bad (on mine, would only provide sound to one ear, so I had to turn up other bc of poor quality and ended up w a headache.) Also, bathrooms were gross; ran out of paper and floors were "soiled"

Cons: They lost one of our two bags and were completely unapologetic about it. We had to cancel our car rental, the location we were planning to drive to where we had a reservation and get a hotel near the airport to wait for them to figure out where in the world the bag is.

Cons: Boarding process was very slow. Paid for a sea in advance. I was assigned a seat in row 7, put in group 3. No overhead space for my small carryon.

Cons: Kiwi booked only 15kg bags instead of the paid 20kg bag on my booking confirmation. We had to pay an extra 90 Euro. It ruined our morning.

For Americans traveling between outside countries, Ryan Air has a small area on the boarding pass regarding the "attaining of a visa stamp on the boarding pass, in the baggage drop-off area, prior to boarding the flight." The rest of the boarding pass has other nonsense in larger and highlighted texts, but something as important as obtaining a visa stamp was small and obscure. The gate attendant made a stink about us not having it stamped and was trying to prevent us from boarding because of it. Our response was that no one, at any point, stated we needed a visa stamp on the boarding pass when we checked our luggage in the baggage drop-off area. I've traveled between countries before and have never experienced something like this. Additionally, Ryan Air knew we were Americans since we had to provide our passport numbers abe the country that issued them when we checked in online. You would think that they would have their systems flag Americans so that their employees know to say "hey, I see you're an American. FYI, you need to her a visa stamp on your boarding pass at the baggage drop-off area prior to boarding." Will never use Ryan Air again in my life, regardless of the supposed savings (cause in reality, there are OTHER & BETTER airlines to choose from; don't give crooks business and better to give it to their competitors).

Pros: Crew were good. Boarding seemed to be good. When we eventually got going the flight was good and very quick (35mins)

Cons: We sat on the plane for 1 hour without moving anywhere as there was a discrepancy with the numbers they thought they had and the list (or something). When we were cleared for take off we then had to get in a massive queue before we could leave.
