Friendly staff (they let us check in earlier) and helpful (gave us nice tips regarding parking lot in Verona, places to eat and took our luggage to the room while we were out visiting) The room was nicely decorated, everything was clean and tidy. The shower was really nice. Good breakfast (home made cakes). Free parking. I recommend it if you travel by car to Verona
