The location just in front of the Canal near Rialto, and the vapporetto stop right in front of the hotel
The rooms are not properly isolated and you can hear everything from other rooms next to me.

Location was great specially with water-bus station right next to the hotel which can take you almost everywhere in city Quite place nice and friendly staff and decent room size I went there for my honeymoon and they gave us a nice room with balcony with great view of the canal
The only thing I didn’t like is that there is no restaurant in the hotel but there many nice and cozy restaurants nearby

The location was excellent, near the station, and can access San Marco easily.
The bathroom layout was terrible. No standard size for rooms, general guidance stating rooms between 18sqm to 23sqm, so we got a tiny room on the ground floor.

Perfect location. Incredible view. Friendly staff. Coffee maker. Good lighting in the washroom. Proximity to water taxi is excellent just outside the door to the right. Centrally located on the Grand Canal.
Would have liked to have an iron and ironing board.
