Mandapa, A Ritz-Carlton Reserve

Since we get in to this hotel, we liked the all Atmosphere, the employees are very professional, the place is amazing, our room was really nice and I did live the bathroom. Perfect dinner at Kubu, best restaurant in Ubud, don’t go any place before try this one.

We loved this Hotel, specially Mr Agung, our Buttler. He was very proactive and highly professional work to make our stay in Ritz Carlton Reserve in Ubud UNFORGETABLE. We travel all around the world, and so far this Hotel remarks for the Best of all time, respecting the conservation of the natural resources, environment and the unique culture of Ubud. We would like to emphasize that Ritz Carlton Reserve Mandapa pay attention to every small detail and offers a very high luxury, excellence and superb Service! We really appreciate all but we specially highlight to Agung efforts last minute Tour arragements, getting us reservation for the fabulous Concoon Dinner and Call for urgent Doctor's appointment

The experience! We wanted to have some relax and soul recharge for our trip to Ubud, and ended up we had the time of our life! all well taken care of, and cater to your individual needs. Every staffs were so helpful, and our overall stay was perfect. We travel with kids, and even the kids love it.

We stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon after some friends who had stayed here as well recommended it. There are no words to describe how happy we were—and still are—that we listened to them. We stayed at a private villa that includes a terrace, pool, and “living area”. It seemed expensive at first but it was well beyond worth it. the service was out of this world to the point where, when we left, the general manager of the hotel introduced herself in Spanish and asked us about our stay, staying with the farewell committee of the staff. So: yes it is expensive but you definitely get more than what you pay for in experience, service, and quality.
