I was completely looked after by the staff. The view is outstanding. Sitting in the hot tub watching the sunset was one of the best moments ever. Couldn't get a better location. Everything was beautiful, clean and wonderful. I shall return!

Everything was amazing! Especially the view from the jacuzzi :) we came here for our anniversary and engagement. Palos was the stuff member looking after us and made us feel very welcome and special. Best accommodation we have ever stayed in and best service from hotel staff too. Highly recommend staying here. Thankyou for everything!!

The caldera view from our room was amazing. Location was right in the center of Fira's tourist area - lots of shops, restaurants, bars - just what we were looking for. Panos, the manager was incredibly helpful and informative.
High winds in the region prevented us from reaching the island for a day, so our stay was limited to one night. I think that Greece's weather and resulting transportation limitations should not be the guest's problem. Not only did we not get our money back for the missed night but we had to pay for an addition night at our prior hotel. The room was tiny, the patio had no privacy. The hotel cannot be reached by car. We wouldn't want an extended stay here.
