- the view is unbeatable - very friendly staff - we didn’t get a balcony in the room but the terrace was actually private enough

- no tea or coffee in the room - walking up from Fira town Center under the sun can be a challenge (as it’s uphill)

Disappointed that, having complained about the honesty of taxi driver who had driven us from the airport to the hotel, the hotel arranged for the same driver to take us on the return journey from hotel to airport

Hotel with the best view around , great and friendly staff always willing to help and awesome breakfast at the time you choose to have it :)

The location was superb with magnificent views out over the caldera. It's a beautiful place to stay; the pool area is lovely and the room is very nice. The bed was really comfortable! All of the staff are super friendly and go out of their way to make you feel very welcome. The breakfasts were really good; they are delivered to an outside table at your stipulated time and you can sit there soaking up the incredible views..

The only thing I would recommend is that there would be tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Some mornings we woke up a long time before we'd requested our breakfast and it would have been nice to be able to make a cup of tea. The property is quite close to the shops, restaurants and bars of Fira but there are quite a lot of stairs to negotiate. My husband has a bad knee and he struggled..
