Top Location Pool View Room service Good food

Staff at front desc not very friendly - however staff from restaurant super kind - made me smile every day. Also rooms super tidy and clean.

Wonderful breakfast, staff, and facilities.

Excellent breakfast, teriffic staff throughout, perfectly maintained, beautiful view from room, excellent executive lounge.

Parking garage elevator access is to outside the hotel, a design error by the architect.

Faultless experience from check in to check out. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms facing the sea have spectacular city views. The rooms are large, spacious and extremely comfortable. The buffet breakfast is absolutely divine!!

Breakfast-superb,as usual. Staff-courteous and helpful. We had luck with the weather but that's not in your hands!

On our first night ,there was no complimentary water so we had to pay 40Sh for a bottle! After that ,the water appeared-thanks, Also,the welcome fruit basket was a little stale. Small stuff...

We initially had problems with our booking due to check in time and room upgrade. Osher and Natalie at Guest Relations went out of their way to ensure our stay was handled professionally,thoughtfully and in a very caring manner. Both Osher and Natalie are a huge assset to the Hilton Hotel in Tel Aviv

Property in great location - easily accessible - right on 2 of Tel Aviv’s best beaches and the pool is brilliant. It may look a little ugly from the outside, but is smart and well furnished inside. Our room was excellent. All the staff are very friendly, attentive and welcoming. Highly recommended if you want a well run bigger, as opposed to boutique, hotel.

Not a lot. The bars feel a little old fashioned, especially the pool bar which feels more like a kiosk than a proper pool bar.

The breakfast is fantastic and everything one would want. They have recently renovated the breakfast room and it now exceeds all expectation. The position is superb and that in one of the reasons I like this hotel. The staff were kind friendly and more than helpful and welcoming.

Room lovely and clean. Great view. My daughter got a room overlooking the car park. She went to reception and she to them and they changed her room to a lovely room with a good view. The hotel is incredibly busy and the staff still manage good service. I enjoyed our stay

Our Children did not like the saltwater pool, it was too salty for diving.

Everything was perfect. The corner suit was very big and clean with an amazing view, the breakfast was great and the service was impeccable.

The hotel, corresponds to 5 stars, Wine and fruit immediately after check-in, friendly staff. Rooms after renovation, cleaning twice a day, constantly small buns-candy, cake, etc. Convenient location ...

Good location, right on the beach. Room is spacious and comfortable. We got the room on 12th floor on the same floor with the lounge so that was bonus.

The gym closes so early. GYm hour is limited.

Very good hotel near the beach. we enjoyed so much the nice view to the see. good breakfast with a lot of choices . I forgot my jewelry at the safe and they kept it safe until i came back to take it.
