Rip Off
Breakfast was okay.
The staff and the front desk management were absolutley horrible. We found cockaroaches in our room and they said it was reasonable. They tricked us and charged us for items with out us signing anything. Room service never worked, front desk never answered the phone, the front desk manager consistently lied.
Exceptional
Everything was perfect 👌
Exceptional
all was great location amazing
liked all
two nights was just right
breakfast good and location is very good
room was not clean and standard much below expectation
Hotel was super comfortable and clean.
Breakfast was a bit too modest for my taste.
I liked that it was very clean and the facilities looked new. Also it was great to have both a bath and a shower
There was only one bottle of soap and shampoo We ordered twice room service and they forgot the bread twice. Also no one picked up the dishes after that but maybe we had to put it outside the room I dont know
Top Location Pool View Room service Good food
Staff at front desc not very friendly - however staff from restaurant super kind - made me smile every day. Also rooms super tidy and clean.
Wonderful breakfast, staff, and facilities.
Excellent breakfast, teriffic staff throughout, perfectly maintained, beautiful view from room, excellent executive lounge.
Parking garage elevator access is to outside the hotel, a design error by the architect.
Faultless experience from check in to check out. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms facing the sea have spectacular city views. The rooms are large, spacious and extremely comfortable. The buffet breakfast is absolutely divine!!
position of hotel
We liked the old decor was relaxing now a business look
Breakfast-superb,as usual. Staff-courteous and helpful. We had luck with the weather but that's not in your hands!
On our first night ,there was no complimentary water so we had to pay 40Sh for a bottle! After that ,the water appeared-thanks, Also, the welcome fruit basket was a little stale. Small stuff...
The original Room smelled like
not great it was my 11th stay at this hotel and I felt b reakfast was only average the meat restaurant downstairs was not as good as it used to be
I like an indoor pool in the winter months
Location is very good
The general behaviour of the staff and lack of resolution to issues
Staff were excellent especially the concierge. Great breakfasts.
I had to be in Tel Aviv to see family, visit my family's business office, and receive something brought for me from Italy. I first stayed at this Hilton in 1967. It is comfortable and has been upgraded a number of time since then. I love the new elevators, where you dial at the lobby, and it designates the elevator which will deliver you [A, B, C, or D]. The Sushi bar off the hotel lobby is superb. The hotel staff are almost all very professional.
The price - but I guess US$560+ VAT is what one has to pay for the Hilton TA. Oh, and when I had the PRIVACY door card on the knob outside, a bellboy knocked and insisted he had a 'letter' for me; after I got dressed, it was an invitation for a free drink in the lobby. If my 'Privacy card' is displayed he should slip this 'urgent' message under the door. Needless to say, he got no tip. Other than that, everything was great.
Walking distance to beach and port area
Long wait to check in. Reception could use more assisting staff.
We initially had problems with our booking due to check in time and room upgrade. Osher and Natalie at Guest Relations went out of their way to ensure our stay was handled professionally, thoughtfully and in a very caring manner. Both Osher and Natalie are a huge assset to the Hilton Hotel in Tel Aviv
Nothing !!!
Everything was poor !!!!
Great staff. Friendly. Took out 3 rooms and Got upgraded room. Would highly recommend this hotel.
Property in great location - easily accessible - right on 2 of Tel Aviv’s best beaches and the pool is brilliant. It may look a little ugly from the outside, but is smart and well furnished inside. Our room was excellent. All the staff are very friendly, attentive and welcoming. Highly recommended if you want a well run bigger, as opposed to boutique, hotel.
Not a lot. The bars feel a little old fashioned, especially the pool bar which feels more like a kiosk than a proper pool bar.
Nothing particularly
On-line
Bad and slow service. Didn’t like the food
Room was very comfortable. Pool is beautiful and location right by the beach is great. Place has a great vibe
great location nice pool nice view from the rooms good wifi great breakfast buffet
rooms smelled weird 7$ for a small bottle of water overall poor value for money in my opinion
Location
Communal areas were not very clean.Terraces.
The breakfast is fantastic and everything one would want. They have recently renovated the breakfast room and it now exceeds all expectation. The position is superb and that in one of the reasons I like this hotel. The staff were kind friendly and more than helpful and welcoming.
Nothing!!
Check out - 20 minutes
Prime location. Vista Lounge is incredible! Astounding views, great food, drink, service. Five star experience!!
Nothing
Room lovely and clean. Great view. My daughter got a room overlooking the car park. She went to reception and she to them and they changed her room to a lovely room with a good view. The hotel is incredibly busy and the staff still manage good service. I enjoyed our stay
$50 for a guest to enter the pool???????
Location was great, and breakfast was good.
There were three of us in the room but housekeeping only provided two bath towels every time. Quite dumb because you could see 3 beds. Forgot to provide our free water on a daily basis. Access to the beach is also a bit of a walk, and they close the bottom entrance at 7pm so it is quite a walk to get back to the entrance of the hotel if you were on the beach for sunset (which is what Tel Aviv is all about!). it disappointed about this.
Position and friendliness of staff and reception
Nothing
Location, staff, food
My stay wasn’t long enough
The best breakfast ever
executuve lounge good room has wonderful ocean view clean kind etc
Services
I loved the vista club which has amazing views over the Tel Aviv coast.
Had to switch the room twice because of cigarette smell.
Location and thé ambiance
Taxi wars
Area
Opened room door for whole day after morning stuff cleaning
Good breakfast, not som crowdy. Good area with a lot of restaurants.
Our Children did not like the saltwater pool, it was too salty for diving.
Breakfasts not to my liking By that a matter of choice.
The location, the view and the size of the tables
The breakfast was messy, no station for eggs, waffles etc, and the number of staff per the amount of clients was not appropriate
It’s a great place overall but time is tking it’s toll on the employees who are not eager to serve or be nice to the guest. Very professional though.
Service and a smile every now and then.
The redecoration of the hotel The room is superb The lobby as well
Nice staff/ nice view/ comfortable bed/ good location
Found bathroom not very clean/ hair on the bath tub/ inside the shower/ carpet not very well hoovered
Great location directly at the beach and nice view from the room! Very very comfortable bed. friendly room service. Great pool.
Overpriced, not worth it compared to some very nice boutique hotels in town. The spa sauna was not clean, the staff kind of arrogant. Strange location for breakfast / restaurant and the staff a bit over-challenged, not what I expect at a 5* hotel...
My granddaughter loved it
We had problems. They were renovating through the night and at 2.00 am we had to change rooms it was so bad. In the morning the items I left in my room which I hadn’t managed to take with me as it was so late had been cleared by housekeeping. I kept my key thinking at 8.00 am I would pop back to the room but everything had gone including toys, my medication and other bits. Never was retrieved. Apologies were useless.
No small bottles of water available for free in the room. The only option is to by an Evian bottle from the mini bar in the room
The location
Price on the high side
GOOD LOCATION
The price was very high compared to what the hotel offers. The bathroom was old and not that clean. The breakfast was very poor. Elevators very slow. The room was very very cold. Very poor service.
Everything was perfect. The corner suit was very big and clean with an amazing view, the breakfast was great and the service was impeccable.
extremely high price for extras.
- great view and easy access to the beautiful sea - wooden interiors inside room that is very appeasing - wide balcony to relax on - professional and friendly service - good and natural food at breakfast (the elevator is very smart at calculating quickest one to go up, so nobody loose time, very smart)

Good breakfast. Good location next to beach
Was expecting hotel to have its own beds/ bar on beach. Bottle of water in room would be Nice
friendliness of staff
rooms are a little tired and need an upgrade
The hotel, corresponds to 5 stars, Wine and fruit immediately after check-in, friendly staff. Rooms after renovation, cleaning twice a day, constantly small buns-candy, cake, etc. Convenient location ...
The bed.the room The breakfast
Nice location, housekeeping
Service not efficiënt. Pool area poor service and old. Not a 5 star hotel. Old Hilton
Very nice
Nothing
good standard , good location, beautiful sunset view
little bit old
The front desk all of them
Location is superb, reception service is very welcoming, friendly staff overall. Clean rooms. Nice beaches right in front of the hotel.
Property a bit old and crowded. Not enough attention to detail - small things such as daily renewal of mini-bar etc were not working.
Room was comfortable and bathroom was nice.
Swimming pool was ice cold and when you go to a hotel with your family in the Summer, you expect a warm pool to enjoy but since the pool is a salt water pool, so they are probably replenishing it with...
Good location, nice pool, helpful staff overall. We enjoyed our room with lounge access and can only recommend it with good breakfast, drinks all day long and great dinner with excellent desserts at 9...
Offer, service and level of lobby bar was poor. Water in the pool could be warmer. Connection to the beach is not convenient and could be better. Back side of the hotel and that surround with entrance...
I had an issue at the property and the way the manager and customer service dealt with it was not nice or comfortable at all. I’m a club member as well and I do t think I’ll be going there for a while...
Bedrooms are old, noisey hotel, pool too salty, breakfast inedible,
Poor service. Food quality very low. Too crowded. Lifts very slow and crowded.
i liked the proximity to the beach, no need to cross a main road. very quiet hotel, away from the maddening crowd. room modern and very functional. we had a lovely room with front and side view and ...
very crowded pool in the afternoon, loud guests are not asked to be quiet, elevator system needs getting used to and somehow seems longer...
Good location, right on the beach. Room is spacious and comfortable. We got the room on 12th floor on the same floor with the lounge so that was bonus.
The gym closes so early. GYm hour is limited.
Everything
Coming home
Great Hotel but some areas of the hotel need updating and renovations because it looks quite dated
Good beach location
Staff were so rude. Not worth the cost of the hotel
Location is perfect, room view is great
Everything was great!
Staff very friendly, especially grateful to Zinovi who was very helpful
Very good hotel near the beach. we enjoyed so much the nice view to the see. good breakfast with a lot of choices . I forgot my jewelry at the safe and they kept it safe until i came back to take it.
The Hotel is very well located. Beautiful pool. Beautiful view. The upscale restaurant downstair is excellent!!
Really big room. Lobby staff was always friendly and smiling Big nice bathroom
There was only a filled automatic minibar. Would be such a pleasure with your own refrigerator.
Breakfast is outstanding good!!
Outside building facility is very old.
Clean nicely furnished rooms
Obscenely overpriced. Smug, unhelpful front desk staff.
Had a mechanical issue with the room that was discovered st 1 am (the lights in the bathroom would not turn off) that wasn't fixed until 2:30 am. No follow up by management the next day
The view of the sea
All front desk staff were very arrogant and rude and it spoilt our vacation.
Everything
Longer stay
Staff Unfriendly, breakfast was average, pool area crowded ,not luxurious.
Loved the hotel. Was the most fantastic week. The rooms were great with a superb view of the Med. the bed was super comfy The bathroom had lovely amenities. Enjoy the buffet breakfast. We also had ...
Nothing to complain about
Wonderful hotel. Loved each and every moment. Cannot find any faults
Coffee at breakfast and variety of fruit was a bit poor
I liked the hotel and the location was pretty good, I did not find the beach so great, very crowded, there was no private area for the hotel, it was a fight to get a chair and every second person ...
