The hotel and staff on the main were exceptional and were always there to help. Restaurant evening menu was indifferent.
The exception was the bar staff and the bar area. The staff were rude and unpleasant and not forthcoming with assistance, unlike the other areas of hotel. The Bar area was freezing cold. Breakfast option was amazing.
