Quality and friendliness of stuff
Buffet is not the best, limited with no varieties. Desserts everyday the same and ones not eaten everyday are the same (some weird dessert i mean not the same old piece, but they produce the same again not monitoring that no ones eating them).

Everything was astonishing. Excellent hotel, nice room, good food and friendly staff. We really enjoyed our stay and for sure we will visit it again.

Too bad we only stayed for one night. Staff are super friendly. the whole experience was luxurious ever since we stepped into the hotel. reception staff are friendly. First, the hotel cart took us on a small tour around the hotel which is huge. it seemed like it didn't have a lot of guests. The pools are nice, different pools for different tastes. The entertainment staff were very friendly & seemed to enjoy our company and their job in general. Food was AMAZING! Fresh Ingredients, huge variety & friendly staff at the restaurants. Room was very clean, housekeeping are very attentive.
The beach was too shallow & suitable only for snorkelling.
