I’d like to thank the resort management for the great environment and Their success to make their staff happy which really reflect on guest. I'm really surprised from the high quality of the hospitality. Everyone knows his role and they do their best to make the guest satisfied. Everything is organized. I would like to thank Mr. Kareem in the front office who helped us because we have a baby. In addition, I appreciate the employees efforts in the food halls because once you ask anything from them they will respond immediately, the all staff are so kind, decent and helpers, I have a lot to say but I would like to say this hotel is strongly recommend ..to everyone who thinks about this hotel, don't hesitate and seize the opportunity because for me at least this hotel will be my favorite destination in Sharm
If you put bidet in the bathroom it would be great WiFi is very important so you should put working devices but there is no Wi-Fi in the hotel. However, I'm just trying to make this hotel deserves 100% but 98% is not bad
