The staff are very helpful, cheerful and reliable. They made sure to make it comfortable for their guests. Very clean beach and the water is clear. The hotel has a lot of fun water activities at the beach and the pool. Excellent location to the night hangouts, the old town and surroundings!

The location
Tv not clear , safe deposit not working, very small fridge, cloths cabinet very old and not closing properly , electric sockets close to the floor, swimming towels not clean , no tea spoons in the restaurant during my stay when I asked them they said it is not available,,, it’s a shame for big hotel in sharm with these silly mistakes.

Bad staff not polite and not professional, they charged my card 10 times the rate after I paid the real rate I had a message from my bank and when I asked them they said it’s mistake they where blocking 7,362$ for 5 nights i had to make a dispute to get back my money I think they are thieves ,

Excellent location, well cleaned, amazing animation team in the beach, interesting, relax and comfortable.
Long destination between the sports area and the beach and the golf cars can't cover this gap.
