There was no Chardonnay wine, nor white wine. I tried tequila and became sick. My toilet ran I put a note but the staff did not fix it. I tried vodka, also became sick. my sandals were stolen from the main pool deck. Also, my cash was stolen. Also, a man stopped me before breakfast. he said there was a free gift. It turned out to be some marketing promotion for travel agency. they kept saying this is not a time share. but in the end i had to buy in. By that time the main restaurant was closed and I missed breakfast. I cold not wait to leave this property.

The staff was amazing, very welcoming and friendly. Lovely pool, not too over crowded and perfect to lounge around. Entertainment team brilliant, really made you feel comfortable and got you involved.

Everything else. Extremely poorly trained staff. Bathroom lightly cleaned from previous guests. Special mention to reception staff and the tall thin blue shirt guy there- who always made sure that each encounter was unprofessional. It isn’t a 5 stars- it deserves 3 max.
