Fantastic Breakfast. Loads of veggies, eggs, bread, pastries, fruit, soy & oat milk etc. Very comfortable bed. Large bedroom. Friendly staff.

the staff was great, friendly and very helpful. This helped make up for the fact that the rooms were not that comfortable and that you really needed to take the tram or a taxi to everywhere you needed to go...
The beds were not that comfortable. Wished it was closer to all of the action in the City...

The staff were really helpful - even before we arrived they gave useful info. We drove here from the UK so the garage was really important. Fabulous breakfast loads of choice. About a 15 min walk from the old town and right next to a tram stop. Great hotel and great staff. Lovely restaurant nearby too

Staff was helpful (after a long discussion and them making sure you understand that they are doing you a favour). Breakfast was decent and staff going out of way to help. Location is good.
Standard twin room on the small side and shower head doesn't stay in place... room could use more ventilation and smells damp all the time.
