i made a gift to my cousin for her wedding.because from the terrible virus situation in Europe and not only, the travel was not happened.we sent an email to the hotel that we will come an other time and we want to find a solution .the answer was that this in not possible.i have paid the ammount before 5 months. for a hotel like this one ,this is a very unacceptable decision.of course i cannot recomand this hotel to anyone.you must have a bit respect to your clients and you can realize when someone cannot travel due to healthy reasons
