The location is excellent, near restaurants, we had a ocean view, room is clean, staff was helpful.
Rooms are outdated, the shower was too hot sometimes and we changed rooms but it looks like it is an issue with all rooms and you have to pay for parking. It is not a fancy or modern place but we had a pleasant time!

So friendly and welcoming, made our honeymoon a delight! Ideal location near to the town centre and ocean, stunning ocean view, I would love to stay here again. The breakfast was fantastic (apart from the coffee!) with lots and lots of selection of food and fresh drinks. The coffee in the room was nice. Genuinely hope we get to go back to the Azores and this hotel again one day.
Coffee at breakfast was truly awful! But the rest was lovely.
