My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights. We had a king room. Room was very spacious. Great facilities. Pool area and bar immaculate! Breakfast buffet lots to choose from. There is a new day spa which is amazing! There is a hydrotherapy pool and saunas.. The massages were amazing and very reasonably priced.All staff were excellent! This hotel is right in the heart of playa del carmen and all the restaurants and bars Really unsure how this is not a 5star hotel.

It’s beautifully designed. The pool courtyard is simply gorgeous, day or night. Feels like you’re stepping into a little jungle. The room’s decor was simple, but very clean and comfortable. Shower pressure and temperature were great. And the hammock outside the room is perfect to chill. I read a lot of reviews that spoke about the noise, but I heard nothing. Had a peaceful night and a good sleep. Breakfast was nice. Staff were kind. Location is great. 10min walk from the ADO bus station and right by the hustle and bustle of the 5th avenue, with plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and pharmacies around. Also a short walk to the beach area. I felt very safe both in the property and the area around (I did not go out at night though).

“beautiful spa with lovely staff, great experience - I recommend to book a treatment. Lovely pool/Jacuzzi/lush gardens - the best part of the stay was to swim and relax at the pool and hammock. Reasonably priced pool bar. The hotel staff is nice. Even though it is not a super small hotel, the greenery covers up the rooms and gives the impression that the hotel is almost empty - as it is adults only, it was amazingly quiet and very relaxing!”
