We have forgotten the passports and all the cash we had in the hotel and they have found it and sent this to us to the boat.

The staff were very friendly and always helpful with any requests. They even let us keep our motorbike on the property while we did some island hoping for a few days. Rooms were big and spotless. Air conditioning was strong and the location was great, right below the lovely hill which has beautiful grounds and views over Phuket
The only slight downside was that the pool was small but it didn't matter to us, still great to cool off.

Improvement in housekeeping and shower facilities. There is not much to write for improvement. I am a regular here as the facilities are excellent and value for money and very supportive staff and owners.
