As we arrived to the hotel, the person at the reception saw we were struggling with the luggages and opening the door at the same time ( the taxi did not left us at the door of the hotel, but that's another story). The reception wall is made of glass, so when you are a 4 star hotel receptionist and see a man with grey hair, you at least jump out of the seat, not just make hand gesture and shout that the door is open. The advantage of this hotel is the location - old town, surrounded by beautiful architecture, restaurant and shopping experience, it is also tastefully designed. The rooms are rather tiny, but I assume that it's something common for hotels in the area. If you were planning to use the pool, please take into consideration that it's for 1 max 2 people (size wise). We paid for BB option it's by far not the best breakfast, very limited. Either eggs your way or croissant, the free buffet included just 2 types of fruits (chopped), we have ordered scrambled eggs for both of us and repeated 1 for each, 2 in total, they brought just one and I had to go back and ask for second one. Place was not busy. There where several types of tea (bags, one brand), I had the red one, it wasn't good. Coffee was average. As another guest mentioned, the hotel is rather soulless, not much communication between staff and guests. Although the room offers a coffee machine, there were no capsules, I asked the reception for some and I received 2 !!

Second day after the room was cleaned (lovely cleaning lady), no coffee capsules were in the room, I called the reception again and a rather angry lady ( assume also from cleaning service) brought us 4 coffee capsules and told me off that I left the please make the room sign outside the door ( I wasn't aware I did that). She could have asked nicely if we need for the room to be done or not. Apart from that the hotel was clean, but I did was welcomed by urine smell around the elevator (maybe my sensitive smell), that is quite common on streets of Old City Mallorca. Check-out experience was poor. Staff is lacking training surely.
