The service of the staff and the cleaning staff
Very poor rooms,the construction was miserable so we could hear them neihbours,.Breakfast was menu and poor

Chose a premium room on the top floor which was very spacious with extra facilities I wasn't expecting such as a kettle and a fridge. Hotel location is just a short walk from Palmanova beachfront but away from the bustle and the noise.
The inevitable noise from other guests returning to their rooms late at night (it's difficult to be quiet on a tiled corridor). Away from the hotel the 104 bus into Palma was unreliable and always 'standing room only' by the time it reached the stop the stop near the hotel.

A little out of the way from the main centre but still close to the beach and bars restaurants close by.
