Great location and friendly helpful staff. Lovely breakfast.

Fridge in 801 didn’t work, service guy looked, said it was, it wasn’t!! Very annoying in such hot weather.

The location was good

Part of the staff needs training on customer service, not so polite neither helpful. We wanted to extend our stay one more night and the staff at reception (at that moment) told us it costed almost double as much as we paid initially, we asked why and they said “prices changed now”, so we booked it through booking.com for much cheaper price. Later another person at reception said we should have told them our payment method and they would have give us the same price rate (we were not even given the option to talk about payment when we asked on the first place)...

the cleanliness (from the lobby to the room and the bathroom) the staff (very gentle and helpful at any moment) breakfast very good

1. The Bar in the lounge was normally unattended (barman was in the kitchen behind the curtain), I had always to ask the reception guy to send somebody to the bar. I suggest to place a desk bell or a button to press, so the Customer does not need to wait long. 2. the balcony outside my room did not offer any privacy at all, it was shared with the next room and there was just a separator (iron fence) not higher than my hips.

No frills but clean rooms and good location.
