Warm welcoming, simpathy and professional personnel. Excelent location. Great value in terms of accomodation. Garage facility at-hand.

The woman receptionist was very cheerful , friendly and hard working. We boked for the wall paper...and liked it in reality! Good variety of food in breakfast buffet, good it was available until 12

A very conveniently-located hotel, close to the bus station, restaurants and shopping areas, the room was clean, tidy and comfortable. Good value.

Design, very close to city center and various wine bars, close to train station.

The location, right in the heart of Oviedo yet within a minutes' walk of the bus and railway stations, and surrounded by useful shops, cafes, bars and restaurants; efficiency, friendliness and local knowledge of staff; ease of check-in and -out; whilst part of a chain, it feels individual enough. Relaxed and informal breakfast experience with a balanced variety of items on offer.

I don't mind the post-modern decor, but the carpet needs changing (certainly on floor 3) and possibly a revision of style. Storage in the room not great: cumbersome, rickety wardrobe that kept catching my fingers between the doors and the drawers. An armchair in the room would be appreciated. But on balance I think we'd go back to the 'Marcos'
