A very impressive hotel with helpful staff. Easy to find (and to park - which is sometimes an issue with city-centre hotels). Spacious room with substantial balcony looking into the inner courtyard.
The huge lounge area and the courtyard were too big to be inviting, and the American Bar had all the atmosphere of a station buffet.

The hotel is beautiful, the breakfast was excellent and the location is great too.
Some areas of the hotel need a little update but it looks they are working on it.

Central to Ovideo, underground car parking, the room was comfortable with good evening and shower. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice
The coffee service at breakfast was poor. I had to queue to get a cup of coffee

There was an excellent choice for breakfast and the staff were attentive and helpful. Lovely location near the park and not too far from the Old town. Extremely comfortable rooms and the American bar was also comfortable and served food. Fantastic décor all round and all the staff we encountered were friendly and professional.
Would have liked some draught beer in the American bar. Bottled beer only. Other than that everything was perfect for our stay. One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Would definitely stay here again.
