This is an amazing property, location, architecture, facilities, everything. Value for money has been the best we’ve had so far on our holidays and the staff couldn’t have made us feel more welcome.

We stayed here for 3 nights, early/mid-week. The food here is excellent and very reasonable compared to UK prices. Staff were very welcoming and helpful, especially our waiter in the evening - giving guidance on wine, the menu and local knowledge. The bed was very comfortable and the shower water pressure was strong. The hotel itself is located about 15 minutes drive outside Oviedo in a peaceful country setting.
The venue has a spa - but no gym facilities, and no tea/coffee machine in the rooms - which I would have expected in a 5 star hotel. On the last night there was a lot of noise downstairs about midnight which kept us awake for about an hour.
