Location.
Room smelled of smoke and dust. Shower floor and walls mouldy. Shower did not seem to have been cleaned.

Nothing in particular stands out about this hotel. We were a little underwhelmed.
On arrival, the lift from the carpark to reception only went part of the way, there was no signs to say there was an issue with it. There was a reaasonably large stain on the carpet outside the door to our room. The bathroom was not seperate enough from the main bedroom area, having a chainmail type 'wall' and only frosted glass on shower and toilet areas. The food in the restaurant was the worst we have eaten, anywhere. We did feed this back to the restaurant and reception during our stay. The breakfast and staff in that area were perhaps the only thing that was outstadning during our stay.
