Nothing at all to be precise apart from it been a walking distance to the train station.
The house was a complete mess, no cleaning toilet was stinky looks like they have not been clean for months, I did not even see any housekeeping person for during my entire stay. The wardrobe door was coming apart, stair were squeaky and the bed quite uncomfortable. The shower tap was broken and the shower curtain hasn't been changed in years also the carper was really dirty and smelly and there was mold all around the toilet sink.

My wife and I stayed there for 4 nights. We haven't the chance to meet George but he answered the phone immediately and he explained where the keys are and where to park my car. (we traveled from Montreal, Canada). For someone who just wants a place to sleep during the night and has no expectation for luxury or something.. this is the best place. George will not bother you at all, and if you are 2 couples (or 4 people), well, that's perfect, you have the townhouse just for you, like your home with kitchen, bathroom, and living room. The train station is 2 min walk. The train gets you directly to NYC, a round trip costs $10.50. So, if you just want to visit New York, there no reason to pay hundreds (or thousands) $$$ to stay in Manhattan.
Maybe only the beds are not very comfortable, but I was so tired every day so the bad was my last problem :))) Basically, there's no CONS

Home is really cosy, located 5 minutes from the train station (it takes about 20 minutes to get to NYC Penn Station).
