Pros (+) Not a whole lot to like. Would not stay there again.
Cons (-) No transportation, no hotel number on the hotel phone list, some staff not accommodating. Pool was cold, whirlpool was full of chlorine that it burned our eyes just sitting in it. Staff member arguing with another customer and very unprofessional.

Cons (-) No hot water in bathroom sink and room heater was not working...switching rooms not an option because hotel was fully booked

Cons (-) We experience a problem with our room which we brought to the attention of the weekend night manager The Weeknd manager change the room immediately she informed me that a manager would be contacting me to address my concerns about the room which did not happen. On checkout I brought my concerns up to the front desk manager which in short blamed me for the problem with the room
