Great location with good amenities. Perfect base to explore New York
The rooms are a bit dark and the tap dripped all night
There was a horrible screeching sound through the pipes in my room throughout my stay, which made sleeping difficult. I raised the issue on two occasions shortly after check in and I wasn’t moved to another room and nothing was done to resolve it. The lady at the front desk looked at the temperature outside and told me that if it’s above 65 degrees then heat comes up through the pipes, so the hotel must have this problem all the time. It was a screeching loud sound all day and night. The room itself was tiny and no complimentary water or WiFi was provided.
View was wonderful and the bed is super comfy.
Mold in the bathtub. Elevators are a bit impractical.
each time that I stay at the Hudson hotel they have closed something this time the restaurant for breakfast was not open; the lobby bar/ lounge was closed and the vending machines on each floor for water or snacks were in operable ?! I don’t need to pay that much money for just a bed
Small room, old and not very clean
The lively upscale Hudson Hotel is a trendy boutique property in Midtown Manhattan that embraces several elements from the original 1929 building through exposed brick and ductwork. This stylish hotel is popular with Millennials and tourists looking for stunning city and river views.
The Hudson Hotel is close to some of the most popular attractions and communities of Midtown Manhattan. A four-minute walk will bring guests to Central Park and high-end shopping and dining of Time Warner Center. A ten-minute walk will lead tourists to many world-renowned theaters and performing arts venues such as Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall, and several famous Broadway and off-Broadway theaters. The hip restaurants, international eateries, and popular bars of Hell’s Kitchen can also be reached on foot in under 15 minutes.

There are a variety of room options available with amenities such as flat-screen TVs, mini-fridges, down duvets, small work desks, and iPod docks. In addition, city or Hudson River views are also a standard luxury.
Features at the hotel are as hip as the rooms. The seasonal rooftop bar features live trees, cushioned lounge chairs, hammocks, and stunning panoramic views of Manhattan and the Hudson River. Year-round, New Yorkers and guests line up for a table at the flagship location of ultrahip Umami Burger where all meals are served. Another unique feature at the hotel is the Library Bar where guests can sip craft cocktails, enjoy a fire, and cuddle on leather chairs with a book.
Young at heart and utterly cool, Hudson New York Central Park offers some of the best places to hang in New York, all while being conveniently located to popular tourist attractions.
