Location was perfect! Friendly staff, clean rooms!
Super busy! Not a quiet place but to be expected!
The location only
The front disck was not friendly at all And the king bed was 130cm width Is it for fir any two adults persons And breakfast was very bad As you get breakfast in out side restaurant Next street . And it was 1 coffee and 1 Danish.....is is a continental breakfast ? Really it was not fair at all to collect 5 persons fees and even you got only 4 breakfast meals each day .
The comp breakfast was good. Coffee or juice, bagel or muffin, and a large cup of fresh fruit. The room was very small, but clean.
The bathroom needed some repair, the bed was very hard.
Were was the breakfast Staff ok Odor in the old room was disgusting the room are ugly !
Good location. But there are lots of other hotels midtown.
Room was decrepit and noisy. (I have to admit it was quite large. Actually two rooms combined into one.) They do renos using impact hammers at night! Windows are not very soundproof, so in the city that never sleeps, neither do you. No in-room safe or fridge. But not even an ice bucket? If you arrive early, it costs $5.00 per bag to store your luggage. Want to use a restroom? You have to line up to get a key from front desk! At 3:00 PM, the check-in lineups are HUGE. Tried the kiosk check-in. It said our reservation didn't exist! (Previous person in line got the message that "Rooms cannot be allocated at this time. See front desk". It took well over an hour to check in. Only half of the check-in stations are manned, even at this peak time. We didn't get the key for the included WiFi access and the normal login asks for $20.00/day for two devices. Tried to call front desk to get the WiFi key. No answer. So we had to line up for another 1/2 hour (at 6:00PM) to get the key we should have gotten at checkin. You had to cross the road to get your "continental breakfast". You get a cup of diced fruit, one pastry, and a choice of either coffee or juice. Long line ups. Hard to find a table. Worse than any cafeteria I had while in school! Go get breakfast at any of the countless delis located nearby. On top of this, they charge a $40/night "resort fee". There was absolutely NOTHING we could see to justify this fee. On the final day, a staff person barged into our room at 10:30 informing us that the check out time was 11:00 AM. It's noon. Look it up.
