Location is great for the price! I stayed in the newly renovated room, it has new furniture set up and provides most of everything needed. Love that iron and ironing board available in the room. Wifi available in room. Hotel has classic old feels, it could be interesting.
Hotel has classic old feels. It could be interesting but many of its facilities need upgrades. The alley way to the room and the room have musty smells, even if they're newly renovated rooms. Everything still looks old. No fridge or water boiler in the room. Long wait to check-in and or to even ask anything to the front desk. Non functioning business center, and never mind breakfast!
Close proximity to Times Square, housekeeping great!! The room was clean but one night they forgot to clean our room!!
The air conditioner would not get cold, the hot water would not come on, the free breakfast was a joke!! It consisted of a cup of Luke warm fruit, a dried up bagel and if you wanted water to drink 1.50 more!!!
Close to subway. Room was clean and updated
Cellphone not working in the room. Called for an extra blanket I never got. Trash was not picked up in my room. Breakfast is not good.
The location and the ability to check-in/check-out by my self at the electronic terminal.
All really old and old fashioned. Old room with old furniture and bad mattress. No hot water, no air conditioning, no minibar, no extra pillow. A real horror show for $230!
