The parking is secure and across the street. Walking to restaurants and parks is easy and Neiva has a nice pedestrian commercial area in the center.
It seems the phase 'café con leche' means something different than 'coffee with milk'. Although Colombia has the best coffee in the world and various regional characteristics, an order of 'café con leche' results in a milky concoction with a slight coffee flavor. We finally started asking for black coffee with a small touch of milk. It seemed to work.
