TWO times we were standing in front of a closed door because there was no one at the reception. Just a basic thing like buying a bottle of water was not possible in this hotel. The bathroom was not that clean.

Staff was good
Couldn’t go out at night due to a dangerous neighborhood , they even lock the hotel door. Noisy room.

Bed comfortable, TV larger than most hotel rooms. The bathroom was great, and the shower was the highlight of the room, spacious, a nice large rain type shower head, and the perfect temperature, not too hot because Neiva is already hot enough lol. Overall excellent value for the price though.
Internet wasn't stable enough for me. In most of the room the signal was very weak... And even in one spot where it was better it was dropping off and coming back in. I really need internet when I travel, so i always notice that. Breakfast only offered one juice and it was tamarind which not everybody will like, if it will be only one juice it should be apple or orange imo. The breakfast itself was mediocre at best.

I really love the customer service, facilities and Cleanliness. The bed was very comfortable. I recommend it 100%. Actually I have a new booking with them for my next trip to Colombia.
