Cleanliness and staff
I was given room 206, and its right in front of a terrace where guests take their breakfast, and noise was quite unbearable. Next day I was changed to a other room and it was way quieter.

Neiva is not a very touristic town . We there to see our daughter. The location was in a very convenient and safe area. The hotel staff were attentive to every need and very friendly. The accomadations were spotless.
