Nothing good in my opinion
I booked the hotel 4 months before I came to them and I told them I need to do early check in. I called the hotel to confirm verbally. Once I arrived they told me they can not let check in early!! I had to wait 5 hours. While I was waiting I saw a gust from Japan came early and they let him check in early. I was really mad!! Because I came from a long flight.. I asked them why did they keep me waiting!! It was obvious that they did this because I’m from Middle East! I’m sorry to say that but it was not respect for me and my family. (discrimination) Moreover I forget my charger in the hotel... I send emails and called them & they said couldn’t find it !! I ‘m sure that I forget it in the hotel!!
