Great place to stay, excellent value for money, nice staff, clean spacious room with a great view!

Nice suite with sea view. Good size balcony. Excellent wifi. Breakfast buffet style met our expectations. Location is close to the white sandy beach, which is really very good. A miles long wooden walkway runs parallel to the beach and is convenient good for strolling along and enjoying the scenery. Many places for eating and drinking can be found there too.

Parking your car can be a bit of a problem. We were off season and usually not a problem, but we had to park away from the hotel in the busy weekends.

Great beach, great weather, nice little town (even during the winter). Friendly staff, activities for kids (Halloween themed). Nice breakfast.

Sauna and Turkish bath only available for an extra fee.

Spacious and luxurious and the rooms smell nice.

Could do with more to do for young children.

Spotless and very accommodating as we were travelling by motorcycle, they found a safe place for us to park. The coffee is fantastic and the staff polite and helpful. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic.

The staff went out of their way to help, the room had a wonderful sea view, breakfast was good and bed comfy.

We were pleased with everything so cannot comment.

Great facilities, room basic and a little tired looking but had side view to beach.

Disappointing at breakfast as there was a long queue and had to wait nearly half an hour for a table.

We never have any issues when staying here. Rooms are comfortable and staff very pleasant

Breakfast self-service poorly organised - no trays making food collection difficult. Long queue for seating.

We liked the hotel, the extra friendly and attentive staff, the large variety at breakfast and, finally, the cleaning staff. They cleaned our room every day doing an excellent job in spite of the hotel being close to 100% full for New Year's holiday. We really recommend this hotel and will return.

Maybe a ramp at the entrance for easier access with large cases etc.

Stayed in a Junior suite on the fifteenth floor ,Large room plus jacuzzi, with great view through floor to ceiling picture window of the beach and all the way to the lighthouse in Villa Real. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice, polite and friendly staff kept everything topped up regularly. even the lifts responded quickly considering the floor we were on .

Staff on reception somewhat reluctant to help with booking a trip to seville but perked up when we changed requirement to places within Portugal,maybe a bit of patriotism creeping in ? apart from that all staff very polite and helpful.

Near the beach our room overlooked the sea The room was spacious and clean.. The breakfast was excellent

You either had to pay for parking or find sonething on the street we had to park about a 5minute walk away as there is inadequate patking at this part of the resort in general It was very busy there defibately not a quiet resort

The gym equipment is a little worn, needs updating and air con.
