Poor

The breakfast was not only badly organized (we waited over 30 minutes in the queue) it was most disappointing. Artificial scrambled eggs, powder milk, coffee from the vending machine, poor quality juice, poor quality sausages. Had we known what to expect we would not have wasted our time waiting for this breakfast in a "4 star hotel".

Good value, reasonable facilities, good...

This was good value for money. That was the reason for booking here. It ticked the boxes. Reasonable room, close to town, and a bar.

The air-conditioning didn't work. The remote for the TV didn't work. There was no plug in the bathroom basin. The noise of running water (probably the water on the pool roof) was annoying all through the night. Because of Covid 19 we were expected to have breakfast between 7 and 8 am. Too early, we used a local cafe. We did not complain because we were only there 3 days and didn't want to have people coming into the room. It was good value, but obviously no-one checks that the rooms are ready for guests.

The atmosphere is very cold, bad decoration Breakfast was very poor (no big choice) and the queue for the breakfast was very long (30 to 50 minutes wait) Staff at breakfast was very very slow, the dishes of the previous clients were still on the tables and the tables that were free were not ready for the new clients, we had to set the table by ourselves Bedroom: the refrigerator smelled very bad and was not turned on when we arrived, there were hairs in the shelfs and bathroom from previous clients Fitness: open from 2pm to 10pm but free only from 2pm to 5pm, after 5 pm it costs 5€p.p., 3 weight training machines out of 4 were broken Check-in very late (4pm)

Had to wait 30 min to checking due to software system update, need to change entry card 4 times since it was always stoping working and the queue for the breakfast was so long that I had to go outside (even if I had payed the breakfast).

Cleaning of common areas, refrigerator not working, very basic breakfast

Waiters and waitresses were helpful and friendly. Took safety measures very seriously. The reception staff however, lazy, unhelpful and unfriendly!

We had to ask 2 days for an iron! We simply got “we don’t have, there’s nothing else I can say”. Until we made a stink and magically an iron appeared 2 days later. It’s a “4 star hotel” so this was just shameful.

No complementary water, acesa to public parking but no info about the payment, shampoo and shower cream poor. Also at midnight I couldn’t access to water at the mini bar is completely empty.

Good spa and pool.

The beds was really hard. The breakfast was OK but not so good.

Noisy rooms. On the front side, lot of traffic during the night. On the back side, you will wake up at 6:30 in the morning due to the waterfall on the roof of the swimming pool. Most employees do not speak English at all.

Very poor breakfast We had to move bedrooms 3 times. We had ask for 3 separated bed, the 1room they had a king size bed a fold up twin bed. So, we moved to the 2 bedroom, very cold and the concierge didn’t have anybody to fix it, also the bathroom was missing a light and had a short circuit with the light in hallway . The 3 room the fold up divan was horrible half broken the springs coming out. Oh well last time. However the lady at the reception was very nice.

Old, tv remote not working , bed linens , bed not well made, bad information in the desk , looks like and old abandoned hotel that is still working . Not to repeat .

Breakfast, very poor for a 4 stars hotel. Only 3 types of fruit, oranges, apples and kiwi. There was no information regarding the cheese or the meats whether they were from pork or turkey. They door for the room can only stay closed if you turn the key. 4 star hotel with a key and a card? Key is attached to a heavy keychain with the number of the room applied with tape? The balcony on the room is very unsafe for kids with no protection at all. The reception is falling into pieces with water falling from the ceiling on more than one spot, this was very noticeable because you can see blankets on the floor spread across the reception. It took me approximately one hour to do the check-in. If there's a way to have my money back I would not hesitate to ask it!

Room on 1st floor. No isolation. I felt I was sleeping in the street. Bonus, a cocroach in the bathroom. I guess rooms in upper floors are better. It wasn't good for me...

I did not like the fact that the breakfast waitress would not let me take my handbag into the restaurant. She made me put it on a peg were if I had not found a table close by it could have been stolen...

In visiting this hotel we were thrust into a very busy "holiday machine" where the staff were surly and indifferent to guests. Entering the canteen style dining room was like the induction ...

The room was very comfortable and a great bed.

The Hotel is very tired and needs decorating the carpets are filthy in the corridors. Paintwork is dirty. The breakfast is the worst I have ever had in a hotel. Cold undrinkable coffee, Scrambled eggs...

The breakfast was always cold and not very nice. I was only British person there. Not geared up for the British. Too Many Kids making a lot of noise at meal times.

No parking available and if you have to park in a public parking lot the cost is 18 euros a day. On street parking is limited to 4 hours.

The brown water in the hotel, the corridor carpets are very worn and dirty, the lifts stink (use the stairs). The coffee is pre made in a pre war drum. Only use this hotel if you have no the options.
