Pleasant room, quite large. Good location. Friendly welcome at reception. Very clean. Wide selection of food in restaurant.
It was way too large and busy for me. It's noisy a lot of the time thanks to a huge stage in the centre near the pool and the sound reverberates around all the rooms. The outdoor area in the hotel part is in shade in the morning so you can't enjoy the sun at breakfast time. The dining room is huge and noisy and I found a lot of the food rather bland and not enough vegetables. Getting a coffee at breakfast was a challenge mainly because the pointless Lavazza Create your own Coffee point rarely worked properly.

It's a very good hotel! We really enjoyed our breakfast and dinner! It was full of options and really tasty! They have different menu every day! There are many things to do during your stay, tennis court, basketball, volleyball, golf etc. The staff was really helpful, kind and willing to help us! Mr Pedro is an excellent receptionist! Gràcia por todos!

Good location and friendly staff
It should be a 4 holiday star but it’s not, room walls were not clean, and the window are old. We complained several times about the air conditioning and they said they fixed it! But reading the comment of the other guests, the system needs an upgrade, unable to support the entire building! And I also red the H reply not it’s just the same reply to the other guests! So try to avoid saying that was the temperature set for the everyone, my friend’s room was cooler!
