Close to train station.
Communication wasn’t easy, most staff can’t speak at least basic english. Restaurant took forever to seat us, service was as slow as the wifi, we waited an hour to eat at 10:00pm with a child. I asked about airconditioning, they could have informed us before check in or at the booking itself. No AC. It was stifling hot in the room.

There are three (3) ibis Marseilles near the train station. Had difficulty finding the right one. Met a fellow traveler who experienced the difficulty in finding the correct hotel. A map or a number to the hotel would have been great.would

The rooms are small but fine for our 1 night stopover. We had to book 2 as a family but the hotel arranged us to be next to each other.
