Lovely location & perfect to be able to walk around Manchester
Was in the Executive Double Room which was decorated nicely, but with a few issues. There was no cupboard or drawers to put clothes away except for a few hangers on the door, which isn’t good if you’re staying for a few nights. Also the bathroom had cracks on the tiles on the floor and felt like i was in a changing room by the way it looked. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay and staff were lovely!

Close location to city centre
Walls thin so could hear everything going on in the next room from them arguing one minute about their dog excreting everywhere at home to them having sex loudly which I can say wasn’t a nice experience with jet lag after travelling and wanting a good night sleep. Complained twice but made no difference. Worst night sleep but we had a shower and left feeling clean at least! Old fashioned water system which makes horrific loud noise when flushing toilet, using shower or taps. No chance of sleep here.

The bed was comfy. Staff really helpful and friendly. Good location.
Very creaky floorboards when people walked past the room it is an old building though so we didnt have a problem with that. The room wasn't as nice as the the pictures online.

Excellent location. Friendly helpful staff. Lovely breakfast.
Rooms could do with a refurbishment. A lot of noise from outside, due to single glazing.
